"Piper, where are you baby?"

Brennan was in search for her disappeared daughter. She had entered Pipers room to find the bed wet for the first time since she has lived in the house with her almost adoptive mom.

"Your not in trouble sweetheart."

Booth was worried, he knew Piper was hiding out of fear she would get in trouble. But booth had planned on taking the family to the park since it was Saturday and the sun was hanging high, but in order to do that the smallest member of the family had to be found.

Brennan reentered to room that housed all of Pipers belongings. She checked under the bed for the third time. When she finally was about to leave the room to search in another room, she heard the faint whimper of Piper Jane.

Walking to the noise, she opened the closest, the faint whimpers had turned into louder cries.

She squatted down to the curled up Piper,

"I didn't means to mommy, I promise."

Piper pleaded. Brennan's eyes began to fill with tears at the rim.

"Piper you are not in trouble, baby come here."

Piper was very hesitant, and Brennan knowing most of her past didn't rush the tiny girl into her awaiting arms.

Piper climbed into the embrace of her mommy and began her excuse.

"I hads a bad dream mommy. I didn't means to."

Piper cried into her mothers arms, Brennan had no means to hold in her tears, she couldn't hold them any longer, the small droplets slid down her cheeks as she cooed to her daughter.

"Piper baby, I'm not mad."

Booth heard the soft cooing coming from the bedroom, he followed them to find Piper wrapped in Brennan's arms.

Piper seeing her daddy enter the room, buried herself into Brennan's neck a little deeper.

"Daddy, I didn't mean too. I promise I sorry don't send me back."

Booth slid to Brennan's side and kissed Pipers forehead,

"Baby you are not going back. I'm not mad baby."

She looked up to her daddy and wiped her eyes.

"I sorry, I hads a bad dream and I couldnt hold it. I sorry."

Booth brushed the little girls hair behind her ear.

"Piper, stop apologizing baby, it was just a accident. It's all okay. How about we go have a fun day in the park, aye?"

Brennan eyed the man beside her in complete awe. He cared deeply for the feeling of Piper, and that made her heart melt.

Pipers head undug it self from her mother neck.

"Really?"

Booth smiled at her and leaned in to kiss her forehead.

"Yes. now let's wipe those tears away and go get ready for a day in the park, aye?"

Booth glanced at Brennan and saw she really approved of the idea of their Saturday. Brennan was smiling from ear to ear, Piper stood up and surprised booth with a peck to the cheek.

"I love you daddy.".

Brennan's eyes refilled with tears as she watched the love between a father and his daughter.

"I love you too."

He returned the kiss to her brow and stood up back to his feet and helped his love back to hers, she really didn't need help to stand but she let him help her stand, just to see his Alfa male smile.

"I'll go tell Parks to get ready, Booth can you help Piper get ready? Make sure she has her sunscreen and sun hat?"

Booth smiled at her request and nodded happily.

"Okay baby let's get ready."

Brennan walked in the hall to find a testy faced Parker.

"Where is she? Is she okay? I want to see her."

Brennan frowned at his state and wrapped him in her arms.

"She's fine parks, she was scared she would be in trouble. We found her in the closet, I'm sorry I didn't call you in."

Parker smiled at the fact that Piper was okay.

"She's okay?"

"She's perfect, we are actually going to the park. So go get in some shorts and a tee. Make sure you bring your sun hat."

Brennan didn't mention the sunscreen, she had planned to wash each kid with sunscreen before heading to the park. Piper got extra sunscreen, her skin wasn't use to the rays of the burning ball of fire in the sky.

"That's great. But I don't have a sun hat."

Brennan smiled and winked.

"I guess we will have to stop by the store on the way there, huh?"

Parker smiled and walked to his room, peaking into the room to see how his dad was doing with Piper. Brennan watched the smile grow as he saw Piper getting her shorts on. He waved at the little girl, and smiled even wider.

If Brennan had to guess, the small child waved back to him just before he disappeared into his room to get dressed for the day in the park.
