Parker slipped his shirt over his head and grinned. Bones had picked the perfect shirt for him to wear tonight, although his dad filled him in with a brief summary of the night events, he was still extremely excited about the occurrence of tonight with his new forming family.

"Parker are you ready buddy?"

the realization dawned on him when his fathers voice rang down the hallway.

"I'm coming out now. Are we leaving?"

"Yea, pal hurry."

Parker flipped his light of and joined his eager family in the lounging room.

Piper lunged to her brother as he came into her sight, causing the boy to smile brightly.

"Hey Piper, I missed you."

The little girl smiled at the feeling that was brought upon to her.

"I misseded you too parka, you was gone for forever."

Booth chuckled as he placed a arm around his sons shoulder. He glanced at the beautiful woman beside him.

Reaching out his hand to her, he pulled her into a tinder kiss.

"Ready to go?"

The drive to the restaurant was nice. Parker keeping the bouncing three year old calm in the backseat.

"Bones?"

The anthropologist awoke from her thoughts at the sound of her reserved nickname.

"Yea booth?"

"I love you."

A smile broke across all faces in the car, Piper was mearly smiling because Parker was. Parkers smile was untamed at the affection he was showing toward the anthropologist.

"I love you too."

The car eased to a stop on the curb by the well know restaurant. The blinding light shown brightly the words Vanellis, making the ones who where in the car squint.

"Why did you want to come here again?"

The broad man in the drivers seat grinned.

"Because I love you guys. I also have great news."

"Oh. I can't wait."

Brennan smiled at her dashing boyfriend and opened her door.

"Pie, let Parker help you out of your seat."

The little girl nodded in understanding, and watched as her big brother unbuckled his seat belt and moved to assist her.

"Parka is you staying with us tonite?"

Parker glanced at his dad before answering.

"Yea but in the morning I have to leave until the weekend okay?"

Now that the twelve year old had a sister he never wanted to leave her side. He did understand that he did need to spend time with his mom but he didn't know why he couldn't stay with his dad more.

Piper frowned but accepted the fact with a little nod.

The family made their way to the doors of the restaurant. Booth and Brennan hand in hand as Parker and Piper walked in front of them.

"Hello welcome to Vanellis, do you have a reservation?"

"Ah yes, Booth."

The woman with the name tag that read 'Mandy' scanned the list until she arrived at the required name.

"Yes right this way sir. Would you need a kids menu?"

Booth being the one he is glanced at Brennan for reassurance of what to say. with the nod she gave he answered.

"Yes please."

The waitress guided the family to the table and watched them sit.

"May I take your drink order?"

"I'll have a coke with no ice please."

Booth glanced at Parker signaling him to get what he pleased.

"And I'll have a orange juice."

"Me too pwease."

The waitress looked to the alpha of the bunch and watch him nod.

"And for you mam."

Brennan smiled at the address name.

"I'll have a water with lemon please."

The waitress handed the menus out before dashing off the fill the drink order.

"So booth what's the news?"

He grinned as three sets of eyes focused on him.

"Well the other day I was talking to an old Pal of mine and the realization dawned on me. Parks and I haven't been anywhere out of Washington. now that I have the women I love and a daughter in my life. I saw we should go on vacation. A family vacation."

Parkers face filled with joy, Brennan's was full excitement and Pipers was, well pipers was in a state of wonder.

"Forreal dad?"

"Yea buddy, but listen we have to choose where to go. And of course everyone's vote in considered."

Booth glanced at his girlfriend and saw the happiness in her eyes.

"I was thinking that this is a fun way to get away from school and work and be a family. So where ever you guys decide will be perfect for me."

Brennan placed a warm hand on booths silently thanking him for the joy he brought to the table tonight.

The waitress retuned and smiled at the family's excitement.

"May I get your meal order?"

All way given to the lady to write down, before she walked away she took the time to compliment the family before her.

"May I say that your family has been excellent for me to serve you guys tonight."

"Thank you."

Brennan smiled as booth spoke to the woman thanking her for the compliment.

The night ended softly as the family of four made their way back to the house they occupied. Tomorrow was going to be a day.
