Ignore my bad songwriting, I got bored and did that... :)

It's a vent from the future, in the place of the past
Why is that so important?
It doesn't even last~
Two day later, you'll forget it all

You won't remember all the things we say
But
There's nothing I can do to change it,
Though in due time

You will remember,
You'll remember what we say.
You'll know the place,
You'll know the man
you will love him so dearly.

He'll love you back, though it'll take some time,
He loves you more than he knows.
He just doesn't understand the feeling.

I sang softly, strumming my guitar. I wrote the song, though I didn't know why. It just... fit?

You may not see it now,
But later you will.

He won't understand,
He won't accept it,
Growing up in the house he did,
His sister disowned.

He didn't want to be like her,
So he won't accept it.
He'll force himself,
To a woman.

A pretty girl, he claims to love.
Put when she passes, she tells him one thing
"Go... go after him."

He cried, less than you'd think.
His wife just died,
He had no one.

Though he wasn't sad,
More confused.
At what she said, it made no sense.

And then it'll click,
He'll realize what he did,
He realized he didn't want her,

He wanted him.
He wanted you.

There was a knock on my door, but i didn't hear it.

He didn't want it
He didn't want his dad disappointed,
But he just...

Couldn't push it away.
He ignored it at first, before he finally gave in.
And then he saw him,
He saw you
And he couldn't do it.

He wanted to,
But he couldn't.
He just couldn't.

But that's not the end.
Oh no that's not the end,
You gave in.
You told him, spilled your heart out.

And left.
Left because you were scared.
He tried to stop you,
Tell you to stay.

But you refused to listen.

I played a last few notes, before sighing, putting my guitar to the side. Moments later I heard a knock on my door. I tensed, getting up. I opened the door, careful not to open it too wide, "Lance? What do you want?"

He looked awestruck, "your voice.... fuck." My eyes widened.

"W-What?"

"You-I.. uh I heard you singing..." a blush made its way onto my cheeks, not noticing that his did as well.

"You heard me!?" I freaked, letting go of the door, it falling open slightly. Lance looked past me at my guitar.

"....can I play?" He asked, voice soft as he stared at my guitar.

"Uhm... yea.. come in." I said, stepping out of the way. He walked inside, and i shut the door behind him, watching as he hesitantly picked up the guitar, his eyes watering slightly. "You okay?" I asked, coming closer.
