I'd love an Australian Love Affair...get it? Cause its 5SOS, and one of their songs...oh forget it...

Saved By Sound Check!

"Truth or Dare?" Michael asked me, strumming at his guitar. We were backstage at the stadium already, even though it was only 3.30 and the show started 6pm. We were lounging around in the practice room, slouched on the sofas. The room was a mess, considering we'd only been there for an hour. Littered with McDonald's takeaway bags and random bandanas, it was like an avalanche of...crap.

"No way, Clifford. Not after last time." I reminded him, reaching out and pulling his guitar from his hands, resting it on my own lap. "I'm not risking being in yet another life or death situation because of you."

"It wasn't life or death! Don't be so dramatic." Michael scoffed, standing up and making for the fridge on the other side of the room. I slowly strummed the notes of Amnesia on the guitar as the three boys stared at me. I burst out laughing. "Why are you all staring at me? You've seen someone play guitar before, haven't you?"

"Yeah, but you're really good for your age." Calum remarked, nodding at me.

"Oh please! For my age? I'm only two years younger than you..."

"Yeah, but you're still younger than us all. You're still the baby around here." Luke teased, pinching at my nose. I slapped his hand away, sinking back further into the couch. "Leave me alone! You guys must hate me."

"Sure we do." Ashton giggled, just as Michael came back holding a bottle of Coke. He bum-jumped onto the couch, nearly knocking me off as he did. I glanced expectantly at him. "None for me then?"

Michael shook his head with a smirk. "Well, you did refuse to play Truth Or Dare." I lifted the guitar and pretended to whack him around the head with it.

"Why don't we just play Would You Rather?" Calum suggested, sounding bored.

"Okay." Michael cracked his bottle open, taking a swig, then turning to face me. "Sophie, would you rather lick my hair or Ashton's foot?"

I scrunched my nose up in disgust. "That's horrible, Michael! I can't answer that!"

Michael shrugged, leaning back. "Its either that or you forfeit and take an item of clothing off."

I glared at him and his bright red hair. Then I snook a quick glance at Ashton. I sighed, then mumbled really quietly. "Your hair."

Michael's eyes lit up. "Do it then."

I shook my head so hard that I thought it was snap off of my neck. "That wasn't part of the question!" But Michael was already leaning down, and the rest of the boys were looking at me expectantly. I made a big deal about sighing, then leaned forward, ever so slowly. I stuck my tongue out, when suddenly the tip of it met with Michael's hair. I reeled backwards immediately, wiping my mouth. It tasted like hairspray, which was weird.

"No offense, Ash." I smiled over at him when I'd recovered, strumming on the guitar. Ashton giggled. "Don't worry, I would have done the same."

"Me now!" Calum jeered as I carried on strumming Amnesia on Michael's guitar. I could hear soft humming along with it. Looking around, I realized it was Luke.

"Ashton, would you rather kiss me or Sophie?" Calum looked at him smugly. "Choose wisely."

"Sophie." Ashton said immediately, folding his arms across his chest. "Without a shadow of a doubt."

I stopped playing the guitar abruptly as Michael burst out laughing. I felt myself blushing, and as I looked around I noticed that Luke was too. Calum was practically fuming. "Why?" He asked his voice rising.
