Goodbye Is Hard

"Wakey wakey!" I could hear Calum cooing close by. I grunted and forced my eyelids open. Calum was standing over my bed peering down at me. He was wearing a black sweater and skinny jeans, with a red baseball cap fitted on his head. I had to admit, he looked good. I gave him a weak smile and sat up cross legged, rubbing my eyes. The early morning sunlight struggled through the tiny hotel window. It must have been early. I yawned and stretched as Calum sat on the bed next to me. "What time is it? Calum, I hope you haven't woken me up too early!" I whispered, knowing that the rest of the boys were still asleep. Calum was the early bird of the gang. Very unlike me then.

"Its almost 8am, I've been awake since 7!" Calum grinned playfully and patted my knee. His hand stayed there for a moment, his eyes studying my face. He opened his mouth to say something, but covered it with a smile and got up.

I crawled from the bed and pattered over to the window. Slowly and quietly, I dragged the curtains open, allowing the warm sunlight to pour through the room. I craned my neck to see out into the distance when I heard a sleepy groan behind me.

"Jeez Soph, you practically blinded me!" I whipped around to see Ashton lying down in bed. I think he was shirtless, I wasn't too sure. He had messy bed hair and his fringe was scattered across his face. His arms were propped behind his head, straining his muscles. I gulped. He looked so hot! I tried to desert my gaze away from him, but he had turned on his side to face me. I suddenly felt like a deer caught in headlights, especially with the sun illuminating my oversized Superman shirt and American Apparell boxer shorts. Bearing in mind I had no makeup on, and my hair was probably looking like straw. Ashton gave me a warm smile. "You look fine just the way you are." I muffled a sigh when I heard him say that.

 I finally averted my gaze to Michael, who was still fast asleep next to Ash. He looked so cute, the quilts covering his face.

"Don't you think you should wake him up?" A mischievous smile crept to Ashton's lips. He leaned over and grabbed a pillow and leaped out of bed. God, he was topless. Don't drool, Sophie. Stay calm.

Ashton lifted the pillow above his head. He paused for a moment, then leaped onto Michael and attempted to suffocate him with the pillow. I could hear Michael screaming below Ashton. I clutched my stomach and laughed uncontrollably. These boys were like wild animals.

The door suddenly creaked and Calum stepped out. "Bathrooms...woah!" Calums shocked expression made me laugh even more. I grabbed my bag from under my bed and swayed past Calum. "Its a long story."

I turned the corner and neared the bathroom. Slinging the bag over my shoulder, I pushed against it, but so did someone else.

Everything was a blur, and I suddenly found myself pressed against a shirtless Luke. I glanced up at him in surprise. Hs hair was wet from the shower, and his chest was pretty damp too. His towel was tied around his waist, thank the Lord. He peered down at me, mirroring my expression. He didn't have popping guns like Ashton, but let me tell you, his body wasn't half bad.

"Sorry." Luke removed his hands from my waist. Why did I want to scream when I heard his morning voice? It was sexy, just...pull it together Sophie! You've only known them for a day! I gave Luke a small nod of achnowledgement and quickly pushed through into the bathroom, locking the door behind me. What had just happened? Why was I such a klutz? I'd just embarrassed myself in front of my celebrity crush!

I ran a hot shower and washed away my embarrassment. After towelling myself dry and brushing my teeth, I decided to get dressed in the bathroom, there was no way I was going out there in my underwear! I put on my black skinny fitted leggings and long cream knitted sweater, slipping my matching white lacy socks onto my feet. I quickly powdered my face and applied a coat of black mascara and threw my hair into a high ponytail, before grabbing my bag and stepping out into 5SOS territory.
