Those Curls

Chapter 28

Brooklyn's P.O.V

I woke up to Liam softly snoring. I was laying on his bare chest watching him sleep when he turned over on his side so he was facing me. He draped his arm over my waist and his other arm was under my torso. I saw one of his eyes open and smiled at him.

"Morning, love." He said, stretching his legs under the duvet.

"Hi." I couldn't hide the smile on my face. "Thanks for last night." He smiled and kissed my neck, then my lips.

"No problem." He said, getting off the bed and putting his boxers and pajama shorts on. I smiled up at him an looked at his fit body. Mostly his abs. "Like what you see?" He asked, laughing.

"Yeah." I got out of bed and went over to my suitcase. I got a bra and some panties, then slipped into them. I put on some shorts and a tight white tank top. I looked at Liam and saw he was staring at me. "Like what you see?" I laughed, walking past him and out into the hallway. I walked into the kitchen with Liam following behind.

"Morning." Mallory said from her spot on top of the counter. I grabbed a cup from the cupboard and felt Liam snake his arms around my waist. I knew Mallory was watching us, so I put my hand in his arms and pushed him off.

"Morning. Are the others up yet?" I asked pouring the steaming tea into my cup. I put the cup down a hopped up on the counter next to Mallory.

"Niall is outside talking to Mason and Ava. And I think LyLayn is in the shower with.. Um.. Zayn. I heard some stuff." Mallory's face turned a deep shade of red and I knew she had probably seen some stuff too.

"Okay. When we get back do you want to come to Niall and Lux's birthday party? It's a surprise party, and Sophie would love to meet Ava." I asked once I was sure Niall wasn't going to be walking in.

"How tight will the security be?" She asked hesitantly.

"Nobody except for us will be allowed into the back of the restaurant." I told her.

"Then I'd love to come, and Ava would too. She's been a little antisocial. She hasn't really become social yet, but I'm sure if we introduced Ava to Sophie they'd become friends. When is it?" Mallory said.

"Tomorrow. I'll send you the address. It's at noon until about seven." I told her. She nodded and Niall walked in from the back porch. He walked over and kissed Mallory's cheek, then went over to Liam who was standing by the sink.

"Mason said Bunny had a fever last night, but she doesn't have one now."

"Is she okay?" Mallory asked getting down off the counter and putting her cup in the sink.

"Yeah. He said she was running around and playing with Eva after I got done talking to her." A smile spread on his face after he said he talked to her. He was a much better father than Harry.

"Eva?" Liam asked.

"Eva is Ava's puppy. She a Yorkshire Teacup Terrier." Mallory said. I nodded and I sipped the last of my tea down. I stood up and put the cup in the sink, then went over to Liam. He wrapped his arms around my waist again, and put his head on my shoulder. I felt goosebumps on my arms, and I couldn't help but smile.

"Well tonight we're leaving so let's go to the beach one more time!" I suggested. Everybody nodded and we went down to the beach for the last time.

When we arrived home, Liam and I picked up Sophie and Lux from Harry's house. I didn't go in because I didn't want to see Harry, but Liam said Caroline wasn't there. She was probably at an interview or something.

The girls had fallen asleep in Liam's Mum's car after we picked them up so they went straight to bed when we arrived at my Mum's house.

I kissed the top of Sophie's head as I rocked her to sleep and ran my hand through her soft curls. I carefully stood up and looked at her. I felt Liam come up behind me and wrap his arms around my waist. I got goosebumps again and the feeling was back.

"She's adorable." He said. I smiled and set Sophie down in her bed.

"I know." I said smiling. I wanted Liam so badly. "You know, my Mum is in America for a week." I said, turning around and smiling at him. He nodded and grinned happily. We walked out into the hallway, closing the door to Sophie's room.

We went into my room and I locked the door while Liam kissed my neck. He moved up to my lips and we kissed passionately, moving to my bed. By the end of the night my urge was gone again, but Liam's wasn't. He wanted more, and I gave it to him until his urge was gone too.

Liam's P.O.V

I woke up before Brookie and stroked her back softly. She was so cute when she was sleeping, and I couldn't help but want her. She was everything I wanted, but I don't know if I can have her. She has two of Harry's kids, and I would be the one breaking up the family. I shook my head and focused on Brooklyn's steady breathing. She was beautiful, and right now she was mine.
