"10 months." I said noticing the date on my calendar. It's been about 10 months since I went on that date with Kusuo and he kissed me on the cheek. I shrugged and got dressed and went downstairs and found Gabe with his friends playing poker.
"Hey, whose winning?" I asked sitting next to Alex.
"Ren." Andy said putting down some cards.
"What are you guys betting?" I asked not seeing anything.
"Candy." Leo said showing me the bowls of candy on his lap.
"Sweet." I said and Andy smiled a bit at my comment.
"Damn it." I heard Gabe and peeked over. He saw me and hid his cards from me.
"No looking, you might tell them." He said and I rolled my eyes.
"Fine." I grabbed some of his candy and ate it, while watching them play.
"By the way, why are you here?" Gabe asked, putting down some candy for a bet.
"I live here." I said.
"Isn't it like your anniversary or something?" He asked.
"Oh, yeah." I said and he looked at me.
"No plans?" He asked.
"Not really." I said.
"Wow." Gabe said frowning, glaring at his cards.
Gabe ended up losing. "You suck." I said as Gabe cried into my shoulder.
"Shut up!" he said and I smiled rubbing his back.
His friends were all sitting around playing on their phones, ignoring Gabe's crying.
"Gabe's such a crybaby." Andy commented and I smiled a bit at the comment.
"Shut up Andy!" Gabe said detaching himself from me and rubbing his eyes. I ruffle Gabe's hair.
"I'll make lunch. What do you guys want?" I asked.
"Anything you make will be delicious I'm sure." Alex said smiling.
"Alright." I said laughing and made my way to the kitchen. I found some kitchen maids and they bid me a good morning.
"Would you like something to eat?" they all asked in unison.
"I'll make it myself, you guys can take a break." I smiled.
They seemed unsure, but I practically forced them out of the kitchen. Honestly, I don't like people watching me when I cook, it makes me nervous.
After about 2 and a half hours, I finished making 6 dishes.
