Saiki and I were looking for a place to call our own. We had some ideas on what we wanted, places with high ceilings, big backyard area, maybe a pool, a nice view and maybe in the city. So far we've looked at various manors and villas near the city, but Gabe recommended some places that are in the city. Nice penthouses, with amazing applications.
Saiki said he didn't want to use my parent's money to buy our own place, and I understand that, so we spent a few days negotiating a price range. We had to ask Gabe for the price of his own manor for comparison.
He had found a manor, with 2 floors, and 2 garages, in a nice neighborhood where he could commute to and from home within 30 minutes by walking, 5 minutes by driving. The front and backyard have enough room for their puppy, and hopefully one day, more little monsters. He also has a game room for him and his friends who come over, and guest rooms in case some are too hung over to get home. His has a backyard has a small garden, and enough space for a backyard BBQ party. His house was also gated, so security wasn't that bad.

Saiki and I were now looking through pictures and ads for current places for sale. Uncle Kyoya helped us sort through the pile before we got it. He only gave us places he deemed were worthy and safe enough. Uncle Honey and Mori also helped narrow it down to places near a lot of restaurants and sweet shops. Aunt Erina then helped seed out places depending on food quality, though Uncle Soma argued against it when all the restaurants she picked were her own, so Uncle Soma and Uncle Isumi and Takumi threw in their recommendations as well.
"How about this one?" I passed Saiki the paper.
"Its not that high up so we will have buildings as part of our view, but the area is nice, and there aren't that much buildings there." I looked through other papers.
"It's also near a school." He said looking at me.
"Well, we are trying... and if it happens... then we'll know where to send it.. or him or her." I mumbled.
"Whatever they will be, I hope they are like you." He said kissing my cheek. He then stood up, "I'm going to get some coffee jelly." He said and I nodded as he left. I felt my stomach grumble, and I realized I had missed lunch.
I stood up, a bit fast getting a head rush. I blinked a little and went into the kitchen seeing we had some fruits. I made my own fruit bowl and brought it with me into the living room. We had so far narrowed our choices to two places. The one I found, and one that Saiki found. Both were relatively similar, except the one Saiki had picked was closer to the city, which meant traffic. Although, us being in the penthouse, we might not even hear the traffic. We had called the 2 places and made appointments to look around.
We eventually settled on the place with a few high buildings, and in a good neighborhood. There were 2 balconies. Both had nice views, and were spacious. The living room was nice and cozy, and our kitchen was pretty basic with an oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge, and other basic necessities.
