Parents

I looked up at my dad as he was questioning me about my boyfriend. He also called my uncles... so they were also on the way. "You are far too young! We don't even know this boy that well! What if he isn't good enough for you?!" Dad continued to rant.

Eventually the doorbell rang and my uncles all filed in each asking their own questions. I tuned them all out since they will be finished in a few minutes.

I blinked seeing they finished bombarding me with questions. "So... do you want to meet him?" I asked.

They all then went to have a group discussion. I smiled rolling my eyes. They all came back, "yes, we want to meet him." Uncle Hikaru said.

"Alright, when?" I asked.

"Tomorrow, after school." Dad said.

"Alright." I said and went to my room to inform, and warn Saiki.

"My parents, and others want to meet you." I texted him and sent it to him.

"..... when?" He answered.

"Tomorrow after school." I answered.

"Fine" he texted back after a few minutes. I sighed knowing this could end badly... or... decently.

Saiki and I were walking along the street. "Why are you so nervous?" Saiki asked.

"I'm nervous on your behalf." I said and looked up at him. "Come to think of it, you've never met my parents before. You've met my brother, and my brother... and his friends." I said.

"He has interesting friends." Saiki said.

We arrived at my house and I opened the door. Before I could even say anything, the twins appeared and pulled Saiki away from me and into a separate room. I blinked in confusion, and saw my brother on the couch.

"Do you know what they're talking about?" I asked sitting next to him.

"How to get rid of him?" Gabe said and I hit his arm.

"Seriously." I said.

"I don't know. All I know, is that mom approves." He said.

"Ugh.." I leaned back on the couch.

It's been about 2 hours. Then the door opened and I saw the twins walk out and towards me. ".... We approve." They said simultaneously.

Then Uncle Honey and Uncle Mori came out. "I like him." Uncle Honey said and Uncle Mori nodded.

Uncle Kyoya came out with his book. "He's decent." He said pushing his glasses up.

Finally was my dad, who was hugging mom. "Dad?" I called and he saw me and burst out crying.

"My baby is growing up!!" He cried into my mom's shoulder and my mom comforted him. Saiki then walked out and bowed to my uncles.

"What did you tell them?" I asked him.

"Secret." He answered and I looked at him curiously.

"Tell me." I said.

"No." He answered.

"Yes." I replied.

"(Y/n), no." He said.

"(Y/n), yes." I said and he just sighed and hugged me, in front of them.

Dad cried even more, my uncles were whispering among themselves. My mom was smiling at me.

"... what is happening..." I thought.

• How long have you been a photographer and what is your favorite aesthetic?
- "My father is a photographer, and when I was young he'd let me use his old camera to take pictures of things. So.. maybe about... 10 ish years? My favorite aesthetic would be... vintage."
