Yoongi- appendicitis

I've seen quite a few people writing about his appendicitis 😂 I hope I do it justice!

Yoongi was super excited for this concert. They'd only done a few in Japan before, so the were always really exciting. He felt ready, apart from one small thing. His stomach hurt. It hurt a lot. At first he brushed it off. I'm sure it's nothing. But it got to the point where he was sure this wasn't just any old stomach ache.

Just an hour or so before they were meant to go on stage, Yoongi apprehensively turns to Jin and says "hyung... my stomach hurts..."
"Well, I'm sorry Yoongi there's not much we can do about that right now, we only have an hour till the concert starts. Your an idol, be professional, just push through it. I'm sure it's nothing." Jin says, not even looking him, too busy in his own worries. Yoongi just sighs, before shakily saying "ok"

They are all waiting backstage, and yoongi takes a deep breath, repeating Jin's words in his head. You're an idol, be professional, just push through it.

With every dance move, the pain in his stomach gets sharper, and starts moving more towards his lower abdomen. The pain is getting hard to bear, and it's getting harder to hide the pain from the fans. When he finally has the time at the end of the concert, but before the encore, he turns to one of the staff, expressing his pain to them. It really is getting to be too much for him.
"It hurts... so much"
But even the staff seemed to ignore his cries for help, saying "it's just a few more, you'll be fine" and turning him back towards the stage. He's truly helpless at this point, he has no choice but to perform, so he takes another deep breath, and repeats his hyung's words in his head once again. You're an idol, be professional, just push through it.

By the time the concert is finally fully over, the pain is paralysing. He hobbles of stage, clutching the right side of his abdomen, and groaning and hissing in pain. A staff grabs him by the arm, finally recognising the seriousness of the situation, and quickly helps him backstage. The find a couch for him to lie down, and he immediately curls into a tight ball. One of the medical staff came over and crouched in front of him, and asked "where does it hurt?" Yoongi moved his hand to the lower right of his abdomen and weakly says "here"
Immediately everyone thinks the same thing: appendicitis.

"We should get him to a hospital." The staff says sternly, and for whatever reason, that triggers the waterworks in him. He lets out a loud sob, and brings his hands to his face, curling up into a tighter ball. Jin quickly runs over too him and crouches down in front of him, resting a gentle hand on his shoulder, and sighs sympathetically. He pulls his hands away from his face to reveal black tear tracks from where the tears had smudged the thick black eyeliner he had on.
"Oh Yoongi... I'm sorry I didn't realise earlier before the concert. It's just I was really nervous and we only had an hour" Jin says, carefully rubbing his shoulder with his thumb.
"Ok enough of that we gotta get him to a hospital ASAP." Jin stepped away, feeling guilty that he didn't listen to Yoongi earlier. Hoseok, being the strongest member at the time, carefully lifted Yoongi up to carry him, met with pained whines and sobs.

"I'm sorry Yoongi-hyung we need to get you to a hospital." Hoseok said, looking down at yoongi, whose face was buried deep into his chest.

The car journey to the hospital was long and painful. The pains in Yoongi's stomach were only getting worse and worse by the minute, and the members were getting progressively worried. Yoongi was a pretty tough guy; he wasn't usually one to double over with pain, yet this time it was too much for even him to bear. With every twist and turn of the car, his pain just got worse, and his nausea started to rise. Jin was sat next to him with his arm around his shoulders, secretly enjoying that yoongi wasn't protesting to the skinship. After a particularly sharp turn, Yoongi groaned and shuffled in his seat, wishing he could get into a tighter ball.
