Hoseok- ankle

"Guys Cmon lets go!" Hoseok shouted through the dorm, eager to get out the door and to dance practice. He immediately heard a stampede of feet running down stairs and through hallways until they all arrived at the door way.
"Ok let's go!" He said once again, opening the door and leading them out to the van.

Half way through practice and all was going well.
"Okay guys, once more through and we'll take a break!" Hoseok says, breathing heavily and wondering to his starting position, everyone else followed. Then everything seemed to happen in slow motion.

It was a stupid, stupid accident. He wasn't even doing anything crazy, no flips or anything, just literally took one little step and everything fell apart. He took a step, but clearly miscalculated and landed on the side of his foot, causing it to jerk to the side. A piercing pain spread through his ankle as he fell to the ground.
"AAAAAHHHH!" He yelled, grabbing his ankle. He tried so hard to stand up and carry on, but this clearly wasn't just a little pulled muscle or sprain. Oh no. It was much, much worse. He fell down again, causing everyone else to stop in their tracks and come to Hoseoks rescue. And all that happened in the space of a few seconds.

"Hoseok are you ok what happened?" Jimin asked hurriedly.
"I don't- know my foot just- jerked suddenly!" Hoseok said in between what sounded like sobs or just really deep breaths. By this point Jungkook had already sprinted to the freezer and gotten an ice pack out of it, and ran back to Hoseok on the floor.
"Here, just put this on it for a bit." Jungkook says, carefully placing it on Hoseoks ailed ankle.
"Ok guys let's not panic, we've got this under control." Namjoon said, though it was pretty clearly more-so to himself than anyone else. He was the one who was panicking.
"Bring a chair over." Jin commands to no one in particular, and before long tae had dragged a chair across the room to hoseok.

Jin carefully lifts hoseoks leg up, so it's resting on the chair, and repositions the ice pack.
"There, just stay like this for a bit to stop the swelling."
"Do you think it's broken?" Namjoon asks, completely ignoring his own advice to stay calm.
"I don't know. I hope not." Jin adds, crouching down next to Hoseok, and running his hands through his sweaty hair as a form of comfort. "Our hoseokie here is usually pretty good with pain. It must be pretty bad if he couldn't even stand."
Hoseok sniffs, and let's out a shaky exhale.
"It's ok Hoseok. Just rest it for a little while and see how it goes." Jin reassures.

They all sit with him, a few joining him on the floor. Before long they managed to even make him laugh. However, his whole ankle and foot was still throbbing with pain.
"You feeling any better hoseokie?" Jin says with a smile. Hoseok shakes his head.
"It still hurts. A lot." Everyone in the room looks around at each other, tension building.
"You should go to a hospital Hoseok. Just get it checked out." Hoseok sighs. They all knew what he was like.
"I know you don't wanna go but if you want it to heal as quickly as possible, the best thing to do is get it checked by a doctor." Hoseok nods, and they all start packing up their stuff to go.

Unfortunately there was nothing around them or in the building that could help transport Hoseok down all the stairs to the car, so they hand to just use themselves.
Jin was on one side of him while Jungkook was on the other side. Hoseoks arms were securely wrapped around their shoulders, using them like crutches as he hobbled through the corridor. By the time he got to the end of the corridor, he was already exhausted. They stopped for a second and prepared themselves for helping Hoseok down the stairs.
"Are you sure you don't want me to just carry you, hyung?" Jungkook asked, and Hoseok shook his head.
"It hurt too much." He replied.
Jungkook let out a sigh and they set off down the stairs, one step at a time.
