How Does It End?

Now, on to the story!

It took two days to set up the press conference. Namjoon wanted the whole thing to be scripted so that it would all run smoothly, and we rehearsed the whole thing at least a dozen times. By the day of the conference, everyone already knew that I was the mystery girl. All they needed now was confirmation. Jungkook had said that we couldn't be sure how ARMY's would react until the accusations were confirmed. If they liked me then all would be well, if they didn't... well we weren't sure what would happen.

I paced back and forth, repeating my lines silently to myself. I didn't want to mess this up. I couldn't. Namjoon approached me, placing a hand on my shoulder to keep me still.

"It will be alright. ARMY's are the kind of people who will let us live our lives the way we want to. If Yoongi is happy, they will be happy." Namjoon smiled. He's such a wise person, it's no wonder he's the leader. I nodded, feeling a bit of peace come to me.

"It's time!" one of the staff announces, and that bit of peace evaporates. We step out on stage and discuss a few subjects first. We answer a few questions about the new album and how I'm being incorporated into the new music, until somebody finally asks the question.

"Who is the mystery girl from the photos? Many ARMY's believe that it is (R/N) in the pictures. Is that true?" one reporter questions. We all take a deep breath, preparing to say our lines.

"Before we announce who this girl is, we would like to ask everyone to be respectful of Yoongi's decision to begin dating, as he is very happy with his relationship." Namjoon begins. He glances at Yoongi, waiting for him to begin speaking.

"Yes, I am very happy with my current relationship and I hope ARMY's will be happy as well." Yoongi nods. Now it's my turn.

"Many believe that I am the girl in the photos and we will address those claims now." I say. I'm practically shaking at this point.

"I am the girl in the photos." I say quickly. The crowd erupts into chatter, some people shouting more questions.

"Everyone, please quiet down!" Yoongi raises his voice to be heard. The crowd hushes aside from a few whispers.

"We will stay to answer any questions that you have." Namjoon announced. We answered questions for about 15 minutes after that. We bowed and said our goodbye to the crowd, all of us pulling out our phones the moment we stepped off stage. ARMY's were completely freaking out, but mostly in a positive way. Some fans were congratulating Yoongi and I while ohers were cracking jokes about how we met (which was something we discussed during the press conference). Of course there were some haters, but the positive far outweighed the negative.

"You guys should do a Vlive together." Hoseok suggested after seeing the positive responses.

"Yeah, ARMY's haven't really seen you two interact with each other much." Taehyung added. We all stopped and stared at him for a moment.

"Dude, where have you been for the past six chapters?" Jungkook questions.

"I have my own life." Tae shrugs, walking away nonchalantly. We all shake our head, trying to ignore Tae's weirdness.

"Anyway, Vlive. Yeah, we can do that." I nod, glancing at Yoongi who also seemed on board.

"Alright, let's get changed and then fire up the Vlive." Yoongi agreed, putting his arm around my shoulder and planting a gentle kiss on my lips.
