Chapter Fifteen

"We won!"

Everyone has already settled from the battle, and has announced the winning teams. First place was Lena's, second was Bakugou's. Third was a student Lena barely recognized, a man from general studies. Fourth, and the last, was Midoriya's teams.

Everyone from the winning teams would be paired up to duel, but during the process a 1A and 1B student that was on Shinsou's team dropped out. Two students from 1B took their places, and the matches were randomly generated.

Up first, was Midoriya and Shinsou.
Then, Todoroki and Sero.
Shiozaki, the replace student from 1B vs. Kaminari.
The support student, Mei Hatsume vs. Lena.
Mina vs. Aoyama.
Yaoyorozu vs. Tokoyami.
Tetsutetsu vs. Kirishima.
Lastly, Bakugou vs. Uraraka.

Lena was disappointed with her opponent. She'd like to be challenged throughout, and was hoping for an opponent like Tokoyami or Midoriya. Although she likes overestimating herself, she doesn't like underestimating her opponents. If she was good enough to make it this far in the festival, Lena would treat her like any other opponent.

The first fight of the tournament was about to start, and Mic made the announcement. "Welcome back! We've now entered our tournament stage, and up first is Izuku Midoriya from the Hero Course and Hitoshi Shinsou from General Studies!"

Lena leaned over to Kaminari who was sat beside her, "Holy fuck is he hot, too bad he's not in our class."

Kaminari hummed in agreement, but couldn't speak before Katsuki did. "A general studies student? Raise your standards, Doll Face."

She sent him an annoyed look. "Somebody is grumpy. Afraid you're gonna lose to Uraraka?"

"You can't fucking speak. You have a support student, how low of them to put you with her."

They wanted to bicker more, but couldnt when they heard the roars of the crowd. Midoriya was walking out of bounds from the commands of Shinsou.

She joined the class in their yells, telling him to snap out of it. Although she wasn't all that close with him, she wouldn't let him get away with something as stupid as this.

He was stuck in a trance, lost in a daze. You can see the look of his face, and it was empty. He was nearing the edge, going out of bounds so Shinsou can win.

It was only when he was just about to step out where he was able to stop himself. His finger was broken, as if he used his quirks to stop himself. Once he was back to normal, he ran to Shinsou, throwing him over his shoulder and winning.

Kaminari couldn't help himself from mocking Katsuki, as Midoriya has thrown him too. Lena would've joined in, but she stayed in her mind where she analyzed the battle. Both Midoriya and Shinsou. Respect was gained for the both of them.

She was back to reality when she heard people calling Suzuki's name. She came to join her new class.

She first came to Lena, Kaminari and Katsuki as they were closest from the entrance. She spoke to the whole class. "Hey guys! I just wanted to watch with you all. Would that be a problem?"

Lena thought aloud. "Might as well take the time to analyze your classmates. Wouldn't wanna fall behind us, would you?" She looked up to Suzuki with a small smirk playing on her lips.

Lena was disappointed with her reaction. "Yes, of course! Can I sit?" Before Lena can respond, Katsuki interrupted.

"Seems like Jacks and Yaoyorozu have been trying to get your attention. Sit with them instead."

Suzuki turned to him, "Katsuki, right?"

He cringed. "Don't fucking call me that. It's Bakugou."

She waved her hands in dismissal, "That's right. That was my bad, I only hear you referred to by Lena."
