"It's okay, Lena. I'm here for you."

Lena stayed with Aizawa even after she had calmed down. She didn't want to think about Endeavor, or more so Ayatu, so focused her thoughts on her next opponent.

Shoot Todoroki is arguably one of the best students in the first year. He has shown great talent and understanding of his two quirks, and Lena was so happy to finally have a worthy opponent in her eyes.

Her quirk should make her untouchable, but she told herself not to think like that. Although ice melts from heat and heat usually doesn't hurt her, she doesn't know how advanced his quirk has been trained. She's well aware that Endeavor was strict on him right when he got his quirk, to the point where he was isolated from everyone else, so the possibility that his ice may be too solid or his flames may be too hot is quite high.

Their fighting styles causes problems too. He does long range, she likes throwing punches more than anything. A brawl isn't what the Sports Fest is about, but she prefers it most. She hoped now that he got over whatever was stopping him from using his fire that'll he try to use it against her. But she won't expect an intelligent student like him to forget her quirk and it's causes.

She was biting on her nails in thought. She can't bite them off, courtesy of her fathers quirk, but it sometimes causes her to chip the red polish she keeps on.

Present Mic told her that Bakugou and Kirishima's battle finished and that Bakugou won. "He made it to the semifinals. Can't let him beat you, can you?" Mic provoked.

She furrowed her brows. She won't lose, she has too much to prove to so many different people.

Herself, Bakugou (all her classmates really; she talks too much), Aizawa, her parents, and most importantly, Ayatu.

"I won't. I'll win." She got up and left without a good bye. She was still bothered by Endeavor and the thought of Ayatu. It was never good for her to have him on her mind, but he was always there.

She made her way to the waiting rooms and waited for security to get her. When she walked onto the turf, her stomach turned.

She was nervous. Her mind was jumbled and had too many other thoughts when it should just be focusing on the fight.

She acted indifferent; wore the same smirk she wore for all her other battles, and greeting her opponent all the same.

"Finally, someone worthy to fight." She says to Todoroki, joining him on the stage.

He gives her a nod of acknowledgement. "I'd like to say the same, but Midoriya proved to be quite a challenge."

She tilted her head, but agreed. Surely he should think higher of himself, he won, after all.

"It's time for the Semifinals everyone! Up against each other are our favourite fighters. It's Shoto Todoroki and Lena Ayana! The two fighters who wield two quirks each! This is the pair up we were all waiting for!"

"I won't hold back, Ayana." Todoroki tells her, his eyes narrowed in seriousness.

"Call me Lena."

"Begin!"

She knew he'd go for the first move, yet it still caught her off guard when ice was coming her way. She mimicked Midoriya and punched it through.

"Unlike Deku, my arms wont be breaking today." She flashed Todoroki a grin.

Running up to him with speed, she threw a punch with fire accessorizing her fist. He blocked her with an arm covered in ice, protecting his bone.

He pushed her back with ice, and this time, she wanted to see how solid it was. She used her fire to rid of it, but noticed it melted a lot slower than she assumed.
