Chapter Thirty-Nine

"And then, he kissed her."

They kissed as if it was only them two there. It was full of passion and all their pent up feelings for each other that's been growing since they first met. So powerful that it was their entire confession of love.

The crowd stayed silent, but burst out in roars and cheers as soon as they broke apart. At the same time, they both flipped off the crowd with a laugh, showing everyone just the type of couple they were, and how similar the two were. Instead of getting offended, they got louder.

They smiled at the crowd and each other confidently, but everyone could see the bright blush on both faces. They exited the stage but were immediately bombarded by their classmates.

They turned to each other and got the same idea. "Let's ditch!" Katsuki took her hand and lead her to the doorway back into the school halls. Lena took her purse and Katsuki's backpack that was around the coat hangers. They ran through the halls and out the front door, ignoring secretary calls.

"I cant run in these heels, Katsuki!" She whined as he still had a tight grip on her hand, leading their run.

"Fair enough." He picked her up bridal style and continued their sprint away from the school grounds. They heard both their phones blowing up in their bags and could only laugh about the whole situation.

Once they got to the main streets of their city, he dropped her down. "So.. What now?" He was covered in blush again just thinking about what's happening. When it came to situations like this, he wasn't the best at talking. It was different now that he kissed her.

"Lets go out for some food! I'm starved. My treat!" She chirped, she was still the same. She acted as if nothing happened and it was just their normal day out. On the inside, that kiss was constantly playing in her head.

"No-"

"Literally shut up. We're eating and I'm paying." She took his hand. "Only thing is that Im indecisive as fuck so you need to pick what place" They started walking hand in hand.

"Of course." He chucked, "Its still early, how about that buffet?"

"Jack?! Yes!"

"You.. You don't have to get all excited about him." He mumbled, scratching the back of his head with his free hand.

"Awh, Katsuki! Are you jealousss?" She teased.

"Fuck off, let's just go." The rest of the walk was silent, but they both had a lot on their minds. Both were planning to confess once they got there.

It was only ten minutes til they arrived. They walked into the missed and familiar atmosphere, and was greeted by a new host.

"Table for two?" She asked.

"Yes, please. Is Jack working right now?" It was a weekend so he wouldn't be at school.

"Yes he is. Would you like him to assist you today?"

"Yes, please!"

"As you wish. Right this way." She lead them to a table. "Jack will be with you two shortly." She smiled.

A couple minutes later they heard their names being yelled from half way across the room. "No way it's you two! I missed you!" He yelled, getting to their table.

"Jack!" Lena got up and hugged him. "We're back!"

"Hey, Bro." He greeted Katsuki as well.
