Jared's side of the story
In a drive-in theatre…
He glanced at Sandy on his side. She’s well-concentrated on the movie on the screen. He took her out today as a celebration for finishing her new novel. It feels nice that everything is going well with their relationship. There were moments that they had some small misunderstandings but they were able to work it out at the end of the day.
He feel like he’s a very lucky guy for having this woman in his life. A day with her passes so quickly that he could not almost notice. He likes everything about her. Her caring ways, sense of humor, her smiles, and her kisses. Jared is planning to keep it and he knows what to do….ask her to marry him.
“Stop staring at me like that….You’re making me conscious…” then she looks at him.
“I just glanced at you that’s all…”
“That’s not how you looked at me a while ago.”
“Why, how did I look at you?”
“You looked at me intensely…..You’re not having perverted thoughts in that head of yours. Are you?” Sandy gave him an interrogating looks. Jared couldn’t help but blink his eyes.
“What?! It’s not like that!”
Although that’s not he was thinking a while ago, he is somehow guilty. There were times that his imagination runs wild especially at bedtime. He wanted to knock at her door and spend an intimate night with her but he knows that he should not do it. Sandy has a conservative belief regarding it.
Whenever his hand starts to wonder around, she moves away or stops it. By doing these, she made it clear that she’s not ready for it yet. He respects and loves her so he tries his best to erase the thought of it as much as possible.
“You don’t have to be that defensive….I’m just messing with you…” she laughs.
“Then I wouldn’t look at you if that’s what you like…”
“Did I say something like that?”
“I have pervert eyes right?”
“Aigoo…here comes Mr. Grumpy again…” she cupped his face on her hands.
“I’m just joking..of course I like my handsome boyfriend to look at me okay? Smile now Jared…” Using her fingers, she gently pulls both sides of his mouth to form a smile.
He finally gave in. Sandy really knows how to tame him. She knows exactly what to do so he won’t stay mad. Jared pulls her close and rests her head on his shoulder as they continue watching the film outside from inside his car.

“Are you kidding?” Keith almost choke with his drink.
“Do I look like I’m joking?”
“You guys had never done that? For real?” Keith confirmed what he heard.
“Do you really have to repeat it?” Jared says in an irritated voice.
“You’ve been dating for quite some time now hyung….” Aidan said.
