Sandy's side of the story

“You could join the children here auntie. I’ll do the dishes…” she took the plates from her hands.

“Thank you very much my dear…” aunt Alicia sits next to the other volunteers.

The children are sitting on the floor watching Allyson singing beautifully while Kian Jung is playing the guitar for her. It is Sunday and the five of them decided to go for an event here in the orphanage. It’s good that CNBlue just finished their tour and now having a few days leave. Kian came right away when you asked him to volunteer.  The kids are happy to meet an idol like him. She smiled while looking at Allyson and Kian. They look cute together and you know that Kian has admiration towards her. Then Jared came carrying little Archie.

“Are you done?” Sandy asked him. Jared accompanied him to the comfort room. The little boy nodded cutely. She watches him as he put his hand towards his chest.

“What is it Archie? Are you feeling pain somewhere?” this time, he shook his head.

Then he put his little hand in front of Jared’s chest. He smiled.

“You are right older brother…” he said to him.

“What is it?” she asked them.

                “It’s our secret so I can’t tell…” Archie answered.

“Huh?” she wondered. Jared puts him down and Archie whispered something in his ear. The former gave him a grin. Then the boy went to join the other kids.

                “What’s that?” she asked him.

“Didn’t Archie say it? It’s a secret between us..”a mild chuckle came from him.

They headed to the small kitchen inside.

“You look good with kids..” she told him while doing the dishes. He played well with children and they like him a lot.

“I like children..” he grab some plates to help her.

“I want to have many children but I cannot let my wife to suffer so I decided to have at least three..one boy and two girls.” He said.

“You should look for a wife first.”

“Well…I’m working on that….how about you?”

She often volunteers on charity events for children but having kids of her own never crossed her mind before but definitely she wants to have some in the future…

“Never thought about it yet but being an only child is a bit lonesome so having more than one would be great I think.” Sandy answered.

“By the way, Jared..the breakfast you cooked for the children earlier is good. I didn’t know that you took cooking lessons?”

“Ah…I learned it from my mom. I often watch her cooking when I was young.”

“Really? That’s unusual….I mean for a guy to be interested in cooking by that age..”
