Sandy's side of the story
“I like him...” her mother whispers to her. Sandy gazes at Jared who's with herr dad on a distance. Both men are in-charge of the grill. She could see the genuine smile from her father's face as he talks to him.
“Finally, my little girl found her happiness...” she gently brushes her hair with her hand.
“Omma...”
“I'm so glad that you're now ready to move forward.” You just smiled.
“Uncle, Auntie...Are we late for the barbecue?” their attention was caught by Julian and Helene. Julian handed over the red wine they brought.
“If your mom is here surely, the family would be complete.” Sandy's mom told Julian.
“We could have a family gathering when she comes back.” His mom is currently at Australia. Jared and Sandy's dad brings out the cooked barbecues.
“Julian, meet my son-in-law Jared Kim.” she eyed her dad as he introduced Jared to Julian.
“Nice to see you again buddy..” the latter said. They shook hands before Julian introduced Jared to his wife Helene.
“Uncle, Is it because you have Jared here so you didn't asked me to come early to help you with the grill?” Julian jokes Mr. Shin.
“This boy.....” Everyone sets on the table to start with the lunch. Jared sat beside sandy. He moves so natural as if he knew them for a long time. She never doubted that her parents would like him.
“You two look so cute together...” Helene couldn't help but to voice out her admiration.

Jared's side of the story
He's sure that Sandy will take some time on the phone. Her editor called her. Since her loved ones are here, he decided not to waste time. He puts down the ring on the table. He always has it on him since the day he bought it. Four pair of eyes looked at the small box. They were all quiet.
“Sir, Ma'am...I know it may seem rush to you but I'm really serious about her. I value and love your daughter so much and I wouldn't let the chance of being with her to pass by. Please grant me the honor of marrying Sandy. I would wantto walk the same path with her may it be rough or smooth.” Jared seriously said.
“Y-yeobo….” Her mother can’t find the words to say. She looked at her husband and Jared simultaneously.
“Have you asked her on this?” Julian asked.
“Not yet..I just want to let all of you know first.”
“Jared…” Mr. Shin puts his hand on Jared’s shoulder.
“Without a doubt, I could feel your sincerity young man.…The moment I saw the two of you together, I know that you’re the person that would make her happy..Thank you for considering us on your decision.”
“I should be the one thanking you sir…I’m truly grateful that you brought Sandy into this world.”
“I’m really happy…..” her mom couldn’t help but shed tears of happiness.
