"I don't know it was weird, the guy like looked terrified of Oliver." I said over my music playing loudly as I turned into the parking lot.

"That's weird." Audrey said back as we were going out to eat, for dinner together and we hang back at my house, cause Oliver had to work today and I missed my best friend.
I parked in the parking lot and pulled my phone from the auxiliary cord and rolled up my windows as I sat back in my seat for a second, I sighed deeply.

"Should I ask him about it?" I asked Audrey softly, she looked at me and shrugged.

"Whatever you think is right babe, I would. who knows what he does when you aren't around." She said softly, I though about her words while we both got out and walked towards Taco Bell.

"I'll ask him later, he's suppose to be coming over." I said to her as we walked side by side inside. I locked my car as we walked to the counter the girl in maybe about her early twenties kept her eyes on the computer and chewed her gum.

"Welcome to Taco Bell, how can I help you today?"

"Uh- you go ahead." I said to Audrey as she began to order, the girl looked up quickly her eyes wide.

"I'll have the-"

"You are Oliver McCartney's girlfriend." she said in shock, I felt complete shock as well as she knew Oliver's full name, and that i was his girlfriend. I glanced at Audrey as she stared in confusion, I looked back at her as I arched my eyebrow.

"I'm sorry?" I asked, she let out a soft breath of air and laughed.

"I can't believe he has a girlfriend, he said he'd never have a girlfriend again." she said, I gave her a look as she realized how bad that sounded.

"I- I mean no offense directed to you, you are absolutely gorgeous, just what his last girlfriend did was awful."

"Are you one of his ex girlfriends or something?" I asked softly, finding the only explanation to be that.

"Ha! I wish!" She said, i frowned.

"I mean honestly you are a lucky girl." I smiled softly but felt utter confusion. "anyway before I get fired, your order?" She said this time offering a smile and eye contact. audrey ordered as I couldn't help but stay deep in thought as I could hardly function out the words for my order, we took our food and sat in the back, right as I sat the words from Audrey's mouth described eery thought in my head.

"What the hell is Oliver up to?"

"I don't know but I'm going to find out." I said as I pulled my phone from my back pocket I dialed Oliver's number as I stood up and walked out of the restaurant and held the phone to my ear listening to the rings, I chewed on my nail as I waited for him to answer.

On about the last ring he did.

"Hello?" he asked breathing heavy, I frowned.

"Hey babe."

"Hey." he said as he took deep breaths.

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah, just working out."

I frowned. "I thought you were working."

"I was- I got out early." he said simply, I frowned.

"What gym are you at?" I asked as I let my arm fall to my side, I looked through the window at Audrey as she stared in curiosity.

"The one down the street, why?"

"Can I come work out with you?" I lied feeling my suspicion of Oliver's lies grow.
