"Did anyone else get these weird Valentines that seem evil only to us?" Eli asked, coming into Casey's room for the meeting. The people already gathered in the room all shared a grim look.

"No." I said, gesturing to the small pile of notes already contributed. Lucas, Alex, Casey, and Devon had all recieved similiar ones. Dawn and Honey hadn't joined us yet.

"I'm starting to get worried about Dawn and Honey. You're sure you got to them?" Lucas asked Devon. Alex was on the bed with his face in a pillow, using his mindsight to moniter the two.

"Definitely. I might need to join Alex. He's going to pass out from the strain of watching two people in his mind's eye."

"What did his say again?" I asked, reaching out to grab the red, heart-shaped note.

"Don't!" Dawn cried, barging into the room. Honey and her had Xander in their arms. He was looking guilty as ever.

I retracted my hand and turned to se eif Alex was up. He wasn't.

"That note has an enchantment on it. If anyone other than the chosen reciever touches the paper, they become possessed with a demon." Xander said uncomfortably.

"And?" Honey prodded, glaring.

"And Alex's and Devon's have death charms on them. There was a plan, but Leader is probably going to back out and wait to kill me now that I've been forced into betrayal."

"Death charms?" I stuttered. Xander hung his head.

"Yep. And I'd like to know why no one told me that the two boys who have joined our little group are actually the twins who were Fallon's only connection to the fae world? The twins who are supposed to be in federal prison?" Dawn asked.

"What? You two..." Eli trailed off, shaking his head.

"They didn't want anyone knowing because seeing as you guys haven't seen them in a long time and were never that close except Eli, that you might tell. And if they were caught we would all be taken in because we withheld federal criminals and users of darker forces." I immediately jumped to their rescue.

"Where's the antidote?" Casey growled. Xander shook his head sadly.

"There is none. Except in the seventh dimension. One of Miriam Trouble's plants. Dizaqonna." He whispered. I felt rage and sadness well up inside of me.

"Wait! Zachary!" I cried. "And Claire! And Levi!" I exclaimed. Lucas looked at me.

"They haven't returned yet. Something's probably happened." He shot me down. I sat in a slumped heap.

"And anyway, it's too late. Alex is already gone." Xander said.

"I'm not that much of an idiot." Alex replied, his words muffled by the pillow. I turned and glared at him.

"Why the hell didn't you say something!?" I yelled. Alex sat up.

"Because I needed to find out some stuff. If I had sat up any sooner I wouldn'tve heard so much information about the poison from Xander. And he sure as hell didn't tell Dawn and Honey this much. He would've claimed that where the poison came from didn't matter, or he didn't know, if I was alive. Then a lot of guilt would be lifted off his shoulders. And Devon knew I was dead. Why he didn't tell you is a mystery to me." He responded calmly.

Xander stuttered and spluttered for words. "Admit it Xander" Alex said, still frighteningly calm. "You don't just know about the plan, you were one of the people who came up with it. And for your genius, you were rewarded with the job of executing it. And execute me and Devon." Xander nodded sadly.
