"What? Listen, I can't do that! I have a girlfriend!"

Shawn was on the phone talking to his managers.

I looked at him confused. He played with my hair as I laid on his chest.

"Okay, but-" he paused.
"Fine, whatever."

Shawn hung up and wrapped me in his arms.

"What's wrong, Shawn?" I ask.
"It's-it's this idea thing for a music video and, I don't know, I don't really like it."
"What's the idea?"
"Well, it's for Nervous. Basically they hired this girl to touch me for the entire music video-"
"Wait, what?"
"I'm sorry, Shannon."

"When are you going to go?"
"It's tomorrow."
"Oh, okay."
"I'm sorry-"
"It's okay. Don't worry. It's fine."
"You know I love you, and only you, right?"
I nodded. "I love you too."

"Do you trust me?" he asked.
"Of course I do."
He wrapped his arms around me.

"I tried to get them to do something else, but it's a last minute shoot and the video has to be up by-"
"Shawn, relax. It's fine."
"You promise you're okay?"
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"You're the best! I love you."
I smiled at him.

The next day

"God morning, babe."
"Morning, Shannon." he frowned.

"What's wrong?"
"I don't want to do the shoot. I don't want anyone that's not you touching me."
"Shawn, you can't get frustrated now, you have to get going."
"I know, but I don't want you to be upset. I'm so frustrated and upset with management right now-"
"I'm not upset. I understand."

He sighed.

"Go on, Shawn. I'll see you when you get back, okay?"
He just nodded and gave me a big hug before leaving.

Minutes after he left my phone rang.

"Did you forget something?" I ask.
"I didn't say I love you. So, I love you and only you. Forever and always."

I smiled. "I love you more. Have fun today, okay?"
"Okay."
"Bye, babe."
"Bye, I love you."
"I love you too."

I hung up and saw that I got a text from someone. It was Shawn's management.

It said "We need someone for the music video. You in?"
I smiled and replied yes.

I quickly changed my clothes and drove to the address they sent me.

I smiled, thinking about Shawn.

When I walked into the building, I was greeted by a tall person.

"Are you Shannon?"
I nodded.

"Come with me."
I followed him as he led me into a separate room.

"She's here!" he called. "They'll take care of you from here."
"Thank you." I said as he walked away.

""Hi Shannon. It's nice to meet you. I'm the director. Do you know the concept yet?"
"It's nice to meet you too and I think so, yes."

"Okay we're just gonna surprise Shawn because the other girl didn't show up."
I smiled and nodded.

Shawn entered the room and had a confused expression on his face.

"Surprise Shawn! The other girl didn't show up, so I asked your girlfriend to help."
"Aw, sick! You guys are the best." he said, running over to me. He wraps me in his arms and begins pecking my face with kisses.

"I'm so happy you're here." he whispered.

We then shot the music video and we both had the biggest smiles on our face.
