Jimin refused to leave taehyung or jungkook alone. Even when the others had assured him that jungkook would be safe. While he knew it wasn't exactly very wise to deny the desires whilst in another's house, he couldn't allow jungkook to be alone, or for taehyung to be seperated from him. And from the sounds of arguing it would seem taehyung won against the horse guy.
"Just let them stay with each other Seokjin-hyung. The youngest is passed out, they won't try anything until he at least walked up and is concious." The eldest leader guy, Seokjin jimin now knew him as, sighed heavily.
"Fine, but should anything happen, it is on you." The other swiftly agreed, and Jimin rushed back into the room, sitting next to Taehyung, who was watching over jungkook protectively.
"It was close, Hyung." Taehyung said softly. Voice gentle, quiet, careful. Jimin hummed his agreement, doing a quick scope of the room before sighing in relief. There was no bugs, no cameras. Not that he could see, and he was not given any particular feeling of being watched or looked at, or eavesdropped on.
"I know, we will need to be more careful, in the future."
"It isn't just about that, and i know you know it." Tae said, voice suddenly deeper, harsher, sterner.
"Tae..."
"He almost lost control today, you know how he will take that. If we hadn't been there..."
"Even if we had not or the fact that we were, you and I both know Jungkook is safest with us, and nobody else. No training center, or, or, trainer or anything. You know this, Taehyung. Do not think otherwise. We have done well with Jungkook. His emotions were lost in the panic. If we were able to create fire, you and I both know we would have reacted similarly if Jungkook was the one specifically in trouble. Fire is a dangerous element, that is why it is split it into three different control groups, and even then it is a nightmare to control. Of all the elements it is the most dangerous. There is no way it can be healthy if Jungkook doesn't loose himself at least a little every once in a while."
"I'm just worried, I don't want him to become like how he was before." Tae said, softly tracing Jungkook's cheek, smiling sadly, a little bitter.
"He won't, I swear. And even if by some chance he does, we will be there to ensure he is okay." Jimin said resolutely. Taehyung heaved a sigh.
"I am worried about him. And now, what are we going to do? That joonie guy tried to erase our memories. But, he cannot do it. I doubt these people will let us go so quickly from their grasp." Jimin's eyes turned sorrowful.
"I would not have asked to come here if..."
"No, no, no!" Taehyung quickly intervened Jimin's train of thought. "I was not accusing you! I know, as well as you, that it was and still is the best choice for Kookie. I am just worried, is all." Jimin was relieved. He did not think he could handle it if Taehyung was mad at him, or if the younger questioned his judgment or doubted him.
"Oh, we can snoop on them. Make sure they aren't planning to do sonething." Taehyung's eyes were bright with innovation and mischief.
"But..." jimin caved knowing that it was futile, he could not help but cave to the puppy eyes. And those were Taehyung's specialty. "Fine. Okay. I will do it." He said, sighing softly.
Not just because of the puppy eyes though. Taehyung was right. They needed to ensure that these...whatever they were, and who ever they were, were not going to hand them over to some secret scientists to be torn apart and examined. Or something else, you know, like murdered. Jimin may not have known whose body it was that they had stumbled upon them dumping, but it was a body none the less. Jimin did not care either, the only thing he cared for was the safety of his charges.
Kneeling down, Jimin's eyes flashed silver.
