Jungkook rolled his eyes at Jimin's antics, but a soft smile played at his lips as he watched his two hyungs finally let themselves have some fun for a change. The two were always so tense. Not that Jungkook was not aware of why, they had a lot of things to worry about, and being able to calm down and relax was not something that they had been allowed to do for a while, and Jungkook was glad that, despite the uncertainty of what they were going to do, and where they were currently being held, and who was holding them as well, he was happy to see them feel somewhat comfortable enough to relax a little, even if it was only going to be for a few moments before they began to stress over everything again.
Though they did not admit it, and Jungkook doubted that they would ever actually admit to themselves anything of the sorts, but the fact that their hyungs had not punished them when they had gotten back had done quite a bit to renewing their faith in the gang members. Or, perhaps not renewing their faith but definitely strengthening it. Not to mention, they had been fed, they had been clothed, there had been no violence, just a bit of scolding, and not only that they had not gotten extremely overbearing. They had still not bugged their room either. They had checked it when they got back. It was not the first thing that they had done, but it had been close to it. The biggest test would be these phones. Jungkook could easily check to make sure that they were not bugged, but overall, these people had really proven that they were decent people and were actually worried about them as people, and not as what they could give them. It was a little...a little bit ironic if one bothered to really think about it. Their hyungs were gang members, hell, they ran the most influential gang in all of South Korea, and yet of everyone that they could have chosen to trust, it was them. Of all people in South Korea that they could have chosen. It was really rather too late to change things though.
It was something that Jungkook had really thought about a lot. Gangs were supposed to be made up of people who you did not like, because they were bad. If anything said that more the the amount of caution warnings that the police released on the daily that definitely did. Yet, these people had done no moves to harm them, even when they easily could have. Not to mention that technically him and Jimin, and Taehyung, they were all risks to the BangTan gang. They had powers, and were capable of using them, as they had shown several times before. Yet instead of balking at that and deciding to eliminate the enemy, they had taken them in.
While Jungkook was sure they had their own reasons for that, they definitely working their way into the hearts of himself, and his two hyungs. It was hopeless to stop such a thing when they were just so unbearably nice. They gave them food, they gave them clothes, a place to sleep, and kept their worry and their anger in check. It was incredibly impressive. Jungkook could not think of anything more impressive. It had only been two days, but he hoped that this pattern continued. If it did, though, Jungkook was not sure that they would be able to stop themselves from becoming overly attached. He just hoped that they did not betray them. Which was something that Jungkook had begun to worry about last night.
This offer of electronics kept Jungkook's head spinning around and around. They knew that Bangtan was not the only gang in the area, but it was universally agreed among most gangs that Bangtan was superior, for many reasons. Their lack of members did not do much to hinder the group at all, and in fact it would seem that often times that was the main reason why they were capable of doing some of the things and accomplish the feats that they did. That being said, giving Jungkook and the other two phones? It seemed rather suspicious. Jungkook had expected more a lockdown then anything.
Though he had a way that he could test this worrying theory. Even if the phones did not have bugs in them, Jungkook was well aware of just how easy it was to track someone based off of location. This plan would be twofold. He just needed to tell his Hyungs about it.
Though, he did not really want to stop their rough-housing. They never really did things so simplistic and enjoyable anymore. The two were very close, possibly closer then Jungkook was with either of them, but, he supposed that was to be expected. He was far more reserved than the two extroverts. It was hard to get him to talk or want to do things and go out and about.
Not to mention, Jungkook was rather content to just watch them. That being said, they did have things that they needed to discuss. Preferably before Jin came in to drag them to the mall. An experience that Jungkook was definitely not looking forwards to, though the other two seemed more then happy about it. Though he supposed that they would be. the last time they went to a mall, besides their rouse earlier the day before, was ages ago, and they had not bought anything, they had not had any money to do so. Now, they were going to go spend some illegal money at the behest of a gang member.
Oh, how life does change.
"Jiminie, taehyungie, we gotta talk about what we plan to do!" Jungkook said, finally breaking up their play fight. The two collapsed next to each other, laughing, staring up at Jungkook who just shook his head fondly at the pair of them.
"Well," Jimin said, reaching up from where he had been laying, only to grab Jungkook and drag him onto the floor with himself and Taehyung. "With any luck nobody will recognize us."
"They should not," Jungkook said, sighing happily as Taehyung played with his hair. "I made sure of that."
"I know," Taehyung said gently. "But it does not do to get too settled in that, someone may have seen us and recognize us more clearly."
"Doesn't matter, we have our alibi in place and everything," Jungkook said, wrapping his arms around Taehyung, and resting his torso on Jimin, and his head on Taehyung.
