John sat in his car, still in the driveway of the home he was just kicked out of.

He was sobbing his heart out as he grabbed his phone, calling Alexander.

His stomach hurts like hell from his father kneeing him. As did his side where he was kicked.

He just hated this entire situation.

Alexander was at home, in bed, when his phone began to ring.

He groaned and rolled over, answering.

"Mm... Hello?" He muttered, sounding like he just woke up.

John sobbed more. "A-Alex- M-my da-dad kicked m-me out an-and I-I need so-somewhere to st-stay." He cried.

Alexander quickly woke up with that, sitting up on his mattress. "What?!" He asked, moving out of his bed.

"C-Can I pl-please stay wi-with yo-you?" John sobbed, shaking.

Alexander nodded. "Of course, baby. Of course. Just come over right away. Do I need to come get you? I don't think you're in a condition to drive..." he muttered, putting on his shoes.

"I-I have m-my ca-car." He cried.

Alex sighed. "Okay, okay. I'll be there soon. Just calm down and keep your doors locked until you see me." He said

John nodded. "Ple-please st-stay on th-the phone."

Alexander nodded. "I will, I will."

Alexander put on his coat and walked out of the house. His mother wasn't home right now, working one of her three jobs.

"Jacky, please breath for me, okay? You just... you just sound so terrible. We can't talk about it if you don't breath." Alexander explained, walking down the dark street.

He didn't like to walk in his neighborhood at night, especially at 1:30 in the morning, but he needed to get John. He knew he wasn't in a position to drive.

"Hey, love, you wanna know something?" He asked, just wanting to have a conversation with him to help distract him from everything going on for the time being.

"Wh-What?" John asked in an unsteady voice.

"I was trying really hard to get you those really expensive color pencils you wanted for a graduation gift but once I got enough money, the store was sold out by the time I got the money." He explained, biting his lip as he passed under a streetlight.

John sobbed a bit. "Yo-you di-didn't have t-to!" He cried

Alexander gave a forced chuckle. "Yes, I did, Jacky. You deserve them. You deserve the world. You are so, so amazing and I love you so much, it's actually insane. I just want to shower you in gifts every chance I get. And when I see you, I'm going to hold you so tight and make you understand what you mean to me, Alright?" He said, finally reaching the end of his neighborhood, entering the wealthier side of town, where John li- used to live.

"I-I lo-love you s-so mu-much." John whispered, groaning in pain at his stomach.

"What's wrong?" Alexander asked, obviously standing worried.

"M-My st-stomach." John sniffled, wiping his under eyes.

Alexander bit his lip, turning a corner, just down the street from John's old home.

"Why does your stomach hurt?" He asked, hearing a dog bark at him.

"M-My da-dad h-hit m-me." He sobbed

Alexander got angry with that and just wanted to punch Henry in his face. He made it to John's house and hung up, knocking on the car door.

John jumped before he saw it was Alex. He quickly unlocked the door.

Alexander got it and gently pulled John in his lap, who sobbed into his shoulder.

"Shh, Shh. It's okay baby. You're safe with me." Alexander whispered
