December 13th =}

Everyday, Charles would walk into the coffee shop and everyday, Charles would say the same thing.

"Hey, Freckles. Ya still got the New York boyfriend?" He'd ask.

John would always nod and say, "Yes, Charles. Ya still want that Carmel Frap?"

And they would just carry on with the order.

But today, today John was way too happy to just have the same conversation. He had a giant smile on his face as Charles walked in.

"Hey, Freckles. Ya still got that New York boyfriend?" He hummed, walking to the register.

John nodded. "Yep! And I get to see him today!" He giggled. "Want a Carmel Frap?" He asked

Charles nodded a bit. "Have you not seen him in a while?" He asked.

John shook his head. "Not since November 3rd." He replied, typing in Charles' order as he handed him the money. John didn't even need to say the price anymore.

Charles nodded. "I suppose you won't be working the rest of the weekend?" He asked as John made his drink.

John shook his head. "Nope." He hummed, handing Charles the cup once it was made.

"Thank you, Freckles. Enjoy your days off." He said as he left.

"Thank you." John mumbled in response, pulling his phone out and checking for a text from Alex.

{Just got in Providence! I'll see you soon, baby!}

He had received from Alex just a few minutes prior. He had sent them his work address since he wouldn't be off for a couple more hours.

John sighed and looked around. There weren't many people there: Just John, an old guy reading the paper, and a couple on a date.

John hummed as he started to get captivated in thoughts about what he could show everyone on Sunday, since they would be busy basically all Saturday.

As John was lost in his thoughts, Alex, Lafayette, and Hercules arrived, though John didn't seem to notice. Alexander smiled and shook his head, walking over to the counter and ringing the bell beside him.

John was pulled from his thoughts and met Alexander's eyes, smiling widely. He immediately moved from the counter and hugged Alexander tightly.

Alexander laughed and hugged back before John pulled away and put his lips on Alexander's. Alexander smiled and kissed back, holding his boyfriend close.

They pulled away after a moment, Alex resting his forehead on John's. "I missed you." They both whispered at they same time, laughing afterwards.

Alex let go of John. "But I've got to use the restroom. It was a long drive." He said. John nodded and pointed to the restroom for costumers.

Alexander checked his phone while in the restroom, having several text from Maria.

{Come see me tonight 😘}

{I really need you right now}

Along with several others. Alexander sighed, texting her back

{I can't. I'm in Rhode Island this weekend.}

He replied with, frowning. He did feel guilty but not as guilt as he should and that made him feel worse about himself.

While Alex was gonna, John socialized with Hercules and Lafayette. "This is like, really cool. I'm so happy you decided to go to this school. This is an amazing opportunity." Hercules said.

John smiled in response. "Thank you." He hummed.

Lafayette nodded. "Do we get to see what you've done for it, mon ami?" He asked, John shaking his head.

"Not until the showcase. I want it to be a surprise." He smiled before Alex came out of the restroom and someone walked in the store. John shooed his friends away and took the order, making it and handing it to the person.

The four would laugh and hung out until a costumer would walk in, where they would take a brief pause.

Around 11, John got off, closing the store up and getting in his car, Alexander getting in it. Hercules and Lafayette were following behind them.

Once John got on the road, Alex took one of his hands in his. "Gosh- I missed you so much." He said, kissing his hand.

John smiled. "I missed you too. So, so much." He mumbled, stopping at a light. He checked the mirrors to make sure Laf and Herc were still behind him.

Alex squeezed John's hand. He did feel guilty, especially right now since he was with John. He just pushed those feelings out. He couldn't tell John what he was doing, especially since he had such an important day tomorrow.

They made it to John's dorm room. Since the college was private, the dorm rooms were bigger and John didn't have a roommate.

John opened the door and the three other boys set their bags down.

"Okay, so I have the recliner, the bed, and the couch folds out into a bed." John explained, doing so with the couch and bringing out the bed.

"We'll take the bed!" Alexander said quickly, grinning to John. John just shook his head in response, smiling dumbly.

"I'll take the chair." Hercules mumbled, leaving Lafayette for the couch bed.

They all walked to where they were sleeping and changed into their sleeping clothes, though Alex wouldn't let John put on anymore than boxers.

John just rolled his eyes and slipped under the covers, Alex stripping down and joining him.

They shared a gentle kiss before Alex moved on top of John and started to kiss him down his jaw and neck, moving towards his torso.

"Al-Alex... Laf and Herc are sleeping right there..." he mumbled.

Alex continued to kiss before mumbling, "They won't mind."

Lafayette then sat up and looked at the two. "Actually, we do mind. Very much." He mumbled before laying back down.

Alexander rolled his eyes and kissed John sweetly one last time before moving behind him, spooning him. ""I love you." He mumbled into the back of John's neck.

John smiled contently.

"I love you too."
