Friends... Plus a little extra (Lams)

John stayed the night with Alexander. He woke up in his arms and just felt... loved.

John moved carefully not to wake Alexander, who had a tight hold on the freckled boy.

John carefully picked up his phone and texted Lafayette.

He wouldn't mind staying with Alexander and he wanted to... he just knew Alex's mother couldn't afford another mouth to feed.

{are you awake?}

He sent Lafayette, sitting at the top of the stairs that led to Alexander's bedroom.

{Oui}

{Can we call for a minute?}

Lafayette had sent before he called John, who answered immediately.

"What's wrong, mon ami?" Lafayette asked, still laying on his bed.

"I'm sorry about this and know that you can always say no but I really need somewhere to stay. My dad kicked me out last night and you said I could if anything happened. I get if you don't want me bu-" John had ranted before Lafayette cut him off.

"Of course you can stay with me. Where did you stay last night?" He asked, putting the phone on speaker and he got out of the bed.

"With Alexander. I just know his mom can't afford to have me here." John explained with sigh.

Lafayette nodded. "Well, I know the Washington's won't mind." He replied.

"Thank you so much. You're amazing." John said, wanting him to know that.

Lafayette smiled a bit as he took the phone to the bathroom with him. "You're welcome. Just text me when you head this way." He said.

John nodded. "I will." He said before Lafayette hung up.

John sighed and looked down the stairs. He felt terrible for putting all of this on anyone.

He just wished his mom could be there to take care of him.

John sniffled and stood up, walking into Alexander's bedroom, smiling to the boy who was awake.

"Hey, Jacky. What were you doing?" He asked, opening his arms for John to lay in.

John graciously laid in Alexander's arms, pecking his lips. "I love you so much." He whispered.

Alexander smiled. "I love you too." He hummed.

"I was on the phone with Lafayette. I'm moving in with him." John said gently.

Alexander frowned a bit but nodded. "Oh, okay..." he mumbled.

"Just because I don't want to put your mom through the trouble of me moving in here." He explained, looking up at Alexander.

Alex nodded a bit. "Okay... well, in the mean time, how about we have our own little fun, hm?" Alex asked, moving so John was laying on the mattress and he was on top of him.

John rolled his eyes a bit but nodded.

Alexander smiled and kissed John gently for a moment before moving to his neck. "I love you so, so much." He mumbled and he sucked light marks on the freckled boys neck.

John smiled a bit at that.

"I love you more."
