*This is the beginning of year two. I'm sorry I had to put my writing on hold due to my busy week. Thanks for all the support. Enjoy!*

This summer was a nightmare and the nightmare continues as Uncle Vernon has two guests from work named Mr and Mrs Mason coming and they are forcing me to act like their daughter since Mrs Mason enjoys the company of young girls since she owns a dress shop. (Idk if this is true but it makes for an interesting plot line)
Petunia picked a bright yellow cocktail dress with white polka dots for me to wear.
What was she thinking? I'm not sure. Anyways, the night of the dinner was my birthday so it was horrible timing. I wanted to spend time with my brother but instead I have to pretend to be the daughter of people who hate me.
Harry and I haven't got any letters either which makes it worse. Dra...Everyone promised me they would send me letters but they haven't. At least I have Harry.
Later that evening, Uncle Vernon has us practice our places before the Masons arrived.
Within an hour Mr Mason knocked on the door and Mrs Mason greeted me kindly.
I have to admit that it was nice to have a muggle adult like me other than Mrs Figg.
We sat down on the seats in the living room and Mrs. Mason asked me, "How old are you, dear?"
"I'm 12, today, Mrs. Mason."
"My word, I believed you may be almost 14. You are very mature and happy birthday. I have a small something for you, actually."
She went into her bag and pulled out a short dress that was green with silver and black trim. It was laced with a lace belt.
"It's beautiful," I replied, "Coincidentally it's also one of my favorite colors."
"Well, I thought, that with your red hair it might be a beautiful color on you."
"Once again, thank you so much. I don't know if this is too much to ask but do you happen to have a men's small shirt maybe?"
"Why do you ask?" She kindly replied.
"Well, my cousin, Harry, we happen to have the same birthday and his parents died and he lives with our aunt and uncle. They treat him terribly so I wanted to give him something."
"I'm not sure but that's very sweet of you. I most certainly will see. I may have something. What color?"
I replied, "Harry likes red and gold, actually."
"I actually may have something along those lines."
I smiled until I heard a pounding from upstairs. My uncle Vernon said, "That might me the cat. I'll go check."
"No, continue conversation with Mr Mason. I'll go check," I hastily replied.
"Of course," he replied through gritted teeth.
I walked up the stairs and knocked on the door and Harry answered, "Uncl... Rebecca," and he opened the door.
I walked in but my eyes quickly shifted to a creature jumping on the bed. "I don't mean to be rude but, what the bloody hell are you?"
"Rebecca Potter it is so nice to meet you. Dobby, is a house elf miss."
"Oh wait, your a house elf, who's your master?" I asked, Harry beside me looking confused.
"Dobby, can't say. Dobby, isn't meant to be here by one order but by another he is."
Dobby began to hit his head with Harry's lamp but I managed to stop.
Dobby warned us about danger at Hogwarts, the usual, but things turned sour when he wanted us to say we wouldn't come back.
I ran into the living room and told them that it was in fact the cat but Dobby made his way to Aunt Petunia's pudding and he levitated it and caused it to drop on Mr and Mrs Mason.
"I'm so sorry," said my uncle Vernon,"Our nephew Harry is very disturbed. He is uncomfortable around new people."
Once Mr and Mrs Mason got cleaned up, we saw them to the door.
Before she walked out the door, Mrs Mason whispered to me, "Is that your cousin that you were talking about?"
I quickly replied, "Yes, and he isn't my cousin. He's my brother and he isn't disturbed. I think he was trying to bring out the pudding but he tripped over Dudley's stuff. They wanted me to pretend to be their daughter since you own a dress shop and they wouldn't want me to be seen as their niece. They hate Harry and I. Our birthday is the same since we're twins and we both don't get presents so it was very kind of you to give me the dress."
"My word, that is quite horrible. Your welcome for the dress and here," she slipped me a red and gold striped shirt with a white collar to me and left.
I hid the shirt quickly under mine and went back to the living room.
Uncle Vernon blames Dobby's doings on us and locked and barred us in the cupboard after of course beating me into oblivion.
I have quite a few bruises on my back which is highly uncomfortable.
That night before bed, I walked to Harry and said, "Mrs Mason gave this to me to give to you, it isn't much but I hope it is alright."
Harry looked at me and smiled, "Thank you so much."
Later, I heard a loud honk and woke up to see flashing lights. Outside my window was a car.
