Ross Point of View

It was the first day of our Tour and we were suppossed to rehearse at this moment. But everyone of us was just going crazy. We were so pumped up to be back on tour again and I was really happy to be back with my family. I spend the whole summer in Puerto Rico for a movie shot and the last month, or at least it felt that way, I was without Riker, Rocky, Rydel, Ratliff and Ryland. My Mom was staying with me the whole time, but I missed my band.

Riker was playing on his bass a little bit, while Rydel and Ratliff were flirting again. When would they finally admitt that they are in love with each other. Every one knows it. Rocky was on his phone again, texting with Alexa, his girlfriend. I just sat there and looked at everybody, when Andre, our Manager, came in with a blonde girl. Damn she was beautiful. She had longe blonde hair and the most beautiful green eyes I've ever seen.

"Guys, I want to introduce you to Sophie, my new assistent. She will help me to get all your schedules in line on this tour" Andre said. We all looked at Sophie, then Andre turned to Sophie and introduced everybody to her.

"Sophie, you will be especially responsible for Ross' schedule. He has in some points a slightly different schedule, because of his work as an actor for Disney. So besides helping me with the tour of the band, you also take care of everything, when it comes to Ross." I was really happy with this. She will take care of my schedule, so I'm going to work really close with her, I smirked to myself. But she didn't look that happy about this, as I was.

"Andre can I talk to you for a sec, alone?" she asked. They went outside the room and I really tried not to eavesdrop, but I also was really curious, what she had to say. So I moved closer to the door.

"Ross, what are you doing?" Riker asked me. I just put my finger on my lips and listened.

"Andre, is it really necessary I take care of the Disney kid? I mean, come on. I really want to work in the music business and I'm really thankful, that you give me this chance, but to babysitt this Disney kid, propably isn't working to be successful" I heard her saying. Wow, not happy was understated. She hates me. WHY?

"Sophie, believe me, he isn't just a Disney kid. Ross is really talented and to work with him, will help you in the long-term. You just need to get to know each other. I promise, he really is a nice guy. And by the way, I help you, because of your father. He is a really good friend of mine and I know you, since you were little. So don't disappoint him. Now let's go back and you will talk to Ross to know him a little bit better" Andre said. Quickly I moved back from the door, so I didn't get caught eavesdroping. They came back into the room and Andre said.

"Ross, you and Sophie should get to know each other better. Tell her about your crazy schedule and listen to her, when she is making some suggestions. She knows what she is talking about." I shrugged my shoulders and gestured her to follow me. She still was sexy as hell. Damn, I really had to change her opinion of me.

"So, did you ever do this before?" I asked her.

"I was working in a big company before as an personal assistent, so managing schedules isn't new for me" she replied.

"So now, you're my personal assistent" I chuckled.

"No, I am not. I am Andre's PA and in a way your manager" She said without a smile. Wow, she is resistant to my charme. This didn't happen to me in a long time.

"Can you tell me how your working? Who took care of your schedule so far?" she asked me next.

"My mom!" She raised one eyebrow while I was saying this.

"How old are you?" she asked me.

"I'm 18 years old and you?"

"I am 22. Ok, I would say, I come to you with every appointment that is out of your tour plan and we talk about it, how you do them. I will also come to you, when there are some opportunities for interviews and all that stuff. I'll also talk to your agency, so that they will send me every offer for you and I tell you about it then. So you can concentrate on the tour." Older and so serious I thought by myself.
