The box

"What the hell do you mean you can't find her?"

Iris looks to Cisco and then Amanda anxiously. Barry was pacing the cortex with the phone to his ear.

"Well call them again, Joe!" He yells into the phone then Iris looks to him wide eyed "Hey! What is your problem?" Barry glances at her then he sighs shakily

"Caitlin was kidnapped from the station in Aruba, and now the fucking police can't do their job to find her!" He lifts the phone aiming it towards the ground but Cisco jumps up "don't!"

Barry held it in the air a little longer then he sighs and leans against the wall "where do you think she is?"

Cisco sat back down and he taps on the computer. He lifts the video to play on the tv and all eyes turned to it.

They watched as the police guard stepped closer to the bars with killer frost in them and then quickly backed away as the general entered. He vaporized the police guard, said a few words to Caitlin then they knocked killer frost out and opened a familiar blue portal.

Barry slowly pushed himself off the wall and then iris stood up "they're on a different earth" Cisco mumbles and Amanda raised her eyebrows "a- a different earth?"

He nods and then Barry looks to Cisco " think you can scan the area to see where they ended up?"

"Yes, But I need to make a few touch ups to the black matter scanner, give me a few hours?" Barry chews his bottom lip anxiously then he nods "I'll send Wally your way"

When killer frost finally melted back into Caitlin she was in a metal room. A boxed in space. She looks around then at her wrists. They were red and sore from the restraints and she finally had clothes.

"Help!" She yells out while walking to one of the walls.

"Somebody help me!" She yells again then she began banging on the metal walls.

"Good morning... ready to begin when you are..."

"What?" Caitlin whispers to herself. The voice came out of nowhere, sounded like Lillian? Maybe younger.

"Sorry we have to have you in a box but mother says it's easier for all of us this way..." mother? Who the hell was this.

"Who are you? What are you doing to me!" She hits the wall again then a holographic image displayed on the wall. A woman with dark brown hair sat in a desk of some sort.

"My name is Lena luthor... you are here for a scientific experiment. We are trying to see if your healing abilities can be used in hospitals, as a sort of biotechnology" Caitlin looks around the room slowly.

"That's amazing... but if you would've just asked me I- I would've said yes... I'm a scientist too" Lena went quiet for a few moments then she gave a soft smile making Caitlin look back to the screen.

"But what about your ruthless friend? I don't think she'd very much agree to our efforts" Lenas voice was extremely soothing and calm.... what the hell was she doing with someone like Lillian?

"Killer frost, it's a fight or flight response and she usually chooses fight.. just explain to her what you're doing and she won't try and kill you"

Lena laughs once and then Caitlin sighs anxiously "can you please let me out now? I- I have to get home to my-" she stops herself not wanting to tell this stranger to much about herself, about Barry.

"I need to go home to my family" Lena gave an understanding smile and before she could say anything else the all to familiar voice came booming "turn that camera off, you won't wanna watch what's happening" Lena looks to her mother confused then the metal doors flew open and two men stormed in

"Starting experiment one, phase one" she clicked a button on the laptop and the screen vanished but Caitlin could still hear the voices. Lena was worried in her tone and Lillian was calm and cool.

One of the men grabs Caitlin roughly and she gasped memories of that dreaded night in the car came flashing into her mind.

She felt them inserting a needle into her shoulder and a strangled cry escaped her lips mixing with killer frosts voice and then it stopped abruptly.

Killer frost glares at the man and then she blasts him with her steam. He fell backwards and the first one throws her to the ground.

She hit her head but her eyes flew open being reminded again.

"Wait Wait Wait..." young Caitlin giggles as she and Christopher were pressed against his car.

"What?" He asked in his own laughs.

"You're going to fast and I'm to drunk..." she gently rubs her hand down his cheek and he shrugs before pressing her against the car firmly. She hit her head and felt her heart sink into the pit of her stomach.

"Ouch... seriously Chris slow down..." she pushed his hands away but he grips them firmly and pressed them above her head "just shut up and kiss me" he said angrily now.

Killer frost let out a deep exhale and then she slowly sits up looking around the empty room. How long had she been like this?

Barry rubs his bottom lip with his index finger and thumb anxiously while watching as Cisco scanned the ground area with what looked like a metal detector.

"Find anything yet?" Barry asked impatiently and Cisco shook his head before angling it near the door some. The machine beeps slowly then starts building up the beeping into a loud ringing "dark matter alert anyone?" Cisco said over the sounds.

"This was definitely a breach portal.. I just need to know to where.." his voice trials off as another opened up and a dark haired woman steps out with Supergirl.

Barry grins widely "hey look it's ka-" her eyes widened and she shook her head stiffly, Barry stops himself then he nods "its our friend.." Cisco waves while she breaks the space between them.

"Barry Allen... this is my friend Lena luthor..." Barry puts up a peace sign then he glanced to Kara "soo what's this about?"

Lena looks to Supergirl for a little longer then she sighs anxiously and looks to Barry "my mother recruited me to help extract strands of DNA from an advanced human... she- she told me it was for medical research but I know it's not... not anymore..."

Barry and Cisco exchanged looks for a long time "Why do you need us for? Why can't you and Supergirl break the person out yourselves?" Kara steps forward putting a hand on Barry's shoulder gently "it's Caitlin..." he stares into her eyes desperately.
