" I cannot believe her!" Caitlin said angrily while Cisco sat on the couch of the star labs lounge and she paced around

"God- " Caitlin laughed hysterically and Cisco gave an awkward chuckle "she's so insecure about Barry being under her control at all times she literally took advantage of him while he was intoxicated!"

She squeezed the stress ball between her palm again and then Cisco nods a Little, partially terrified she'd throw it at him.

"Yeah, it was a bit much for sure.. but they are married you can't expect them not to do.. that" he chose his words carefully for fear of being shot at with ice blasts Now.

"Who's fault was it for getting him drunk?" Caitlin continued, while completely ignoring his advice "mine! I created that stupid serum and I gave it to him!" She threw the ball at the wall and to Cisco's surprise it shattered into a million ice crystals.

He looks at her face now and killer frost stood there glaring at the wall "oookay!" He stood quickly and then he darted out of the room.

" that's right! Run before you're next!" She called after him.

A few minutes later Barry walks into the room confusion clear on his face "Cait?" He said softly and then she turns around looking at him, for a split second her face was kind and understanding then it was back to the icy exterior of killer frost.

"Hey flash, looking dashing as ever" she laughs dramatically at her own joke and Barry rolls his eyes "I need to talk to Caitlin.."

She shakes her head her arms crossing stubbornly "she doesn't want to speak to you"

"come on- why not?" He steps closer and she shook her head again "she's obviously very upset, so no. Try again later" Barry sighs sharply through his nose then he looks around to make sure nobody was near them

"is this about me putting Ronald in the pipelines? He's completely unstable and I don't know what he's capable of.." he stares at her hoping she'd understand.

How could he possibly tell one of his best friends that he didn't want her ex's doppelgänger walking around the lab and getting to know them just so he could end up kidnapping her and taking her back to his earth all for himself? He couldn't!

"Oh?" She laughs out in mock amusement, that stung..

"So you're blaming you being a complete tool on Ronnie?" She shakes her head pacing again.

"That's not Ronnie" Barry protests with a smile then Killer frost scoffs while looking him up and down. He hated the feeling of her being so disgusted by the way he was choosing to do this, therefore resulting in him hating himself now.

"Cait..." he whispers while shaking his head again "just go, Barry..." killer frost backs away while her hair slowly melted back into its brown color.

"Caitlin please, let me explain" he reaches out to her and she steps away again "go!" He pulls his hand back and then he sighs before speeding out of the room.

Why had she done that? He was going to explain? Did she even want to hear him tell more lies? Definitely not.

She sat on the couch slowly trying to calm her breathing now.

Barry ran out of central city, his destination heading for star city and to the arrow cave.

When he zoomed in with thundering and paper whooshing left and right Felicity and Oliver were leaned against the table kissing.

She pulls back quickly a hand coming to her lips and Oliver sighed through his nose "Barry!" She said and she walked to him her arms extended. "Hey... um I'm not really in the mood for hugs..I just came to hit something"

Felicity and Oliver exchanged looks of confusion and he stood up grabbing his jacket " let's go I know the perfect place"

"Love you" Felicity called and Oliver gave her a half grin " I love you too" she kissed the back of his hand then he left out for the elevator. Barry rolls his eyes in agitation at how happy they were together.

He hadn't been that happy with Iris since she was with Eddie and they were friends... maybe that was saying something he couldn't or refused to see.

His marriage with Iris was doomed from the start. How was he supposed to continue loving someone when his mind was elsewhere? On someone else?

He didn't know if he loved Caitlin but he knew he didn't love iris in the way she wanted him too, maybe not anymore.
