Now, Rowan's seen some crazy shit before ever since he took the blood oath to Maeve, but this? This is by far the craziest.
"NOT TODAY, SATAN!" You shrieked, "CHARRRRRRRRRGE!"
You owned a small bakery and sometimes nice or other rodents will sneak in and grab some food when you're not looking. It was your cat, Nil, to do but the only thing the feline does is lay around and sleep and eat.
Since you and Rowan have known each other since you were both children, he'd visit when he can. He just happened to stumble across one of the "good" days as you called it.
"Are you sure there are no holes in any of your walls?"
You have him your ol' "fight me" bitch face in response.
"Y/n, these rodents won't be coming in if you don't have any entrance points besides the front and back door."
"I know that, Mr. Oh-I-Serve-For-Maeve."
"Y/n."
"Neah, neah, neah. I deserve special treatment."
"Y/n!"
"What?!"
Rowan pinched the bridge of his nose with a heavy sigh.
"No wonder your parents kicked us out every single day."
You scoffed as you kicked the last rat out and slammed the door shut.
"You-" you pointed at Nil, "You are possibly the worst cat ever to exist." Nil meowed at you as her answer.
"I'm going to search for any holes."
"You do that."
~moments later~
"I found a bunch of holes, both through the walls and underground."
"Well, fix it, dammit!"
