[Go follow them!]

· What are dreams?

Resting state in which the person or animal that is sleeping is found.

· What are nightmares?

Unpleasant dream that produces anguish, anxiety, fear or terror.

A nightmare is a disturbing dream related to negative feelings, such as anxiety or fear, that awakens you. Nightmares are common in children, but they can happen at any age, and there is usually no reason to worry about occasional nightmares.

Although nightmares are a common occurrence, nightmarish disorder is relatively rare. There is talk of "nightmare disorder" when nightmares occur frequently, cause distress, disturb sleep, cause problems during the day or create fear of going to sleep.

[In conclusion it's not the fault of a Creepypasta but it is a "nightmare disorder" and they have nothing to do with them. Those who suffer from this I recommend going to a doctor before this is worse, they can give you pills or maybe therapy will help you. I will not talk much about the symptoms of this disorder but if you think you have this, look for the symptoms on Google and talk to your father, mother or guardian so he can help you.]

· Sleep paralysis ·

Isolated sleep paralysis is a surprisingly common sleep disorder that occurs during the transition between sleep and wakefulness, either in the moments before falling asleep or at the time of awakening. Who suffers it, awakens abruptly having full awareness of his thoughts but staying physically paralyzed. As if it were the confinement syndrome, the person feels trapped in his own body.

Although he can open his eyes, he is not able to emit sound or move any muscle, which generates a considerable sense of anguish and fear of suffering an episode of a serious illness. To make matters worse, being in a state of limbo between sleep and wakefulness, the person often suffer from auditory and visual hallucinations that generally coincide in an intense sense of presence and movement around his indolent body.

[if you're sleeping but you can not move and you see "Slenderman" do not worry it's just a sleep paralysis.]

· Why do you dream about Creepypastas?

^ Reasons

1.By reading and seeing images of the Creepypastas, for a long time, the subconscious is creating a scenario with all the information that your brain has just received. This is the theory that I believe most, is logical and also psychologically correct.

2. You have learned something important and you are a danger to them. In addition there are Creepypastas that harass you through dreams. [I'll talk about that in another chapter.]
I do not believe in this theory, nor in the least.

^Well if all the above does not happen to you
It is likely that:

· You have an entity in your house.

· The Creepypastas are communicating with you through your dreams.

· You suffer from paranoia and everything you have invented :).

In the next chapter I will talk about;

The 5 Creepypastas what visit your dreams!
