"Night Zoe," Kristen slurs, hugging me tightly

"Goodnight, you better get going soon too," I say, keeping a grip on her shoulders,

"I'm alright," She chuckles,

"Okay then, see ya," I say waving to everyone else,

"Bye Zoe!"

"Catch ya!"

"I'll see you tomorrow,"

Everyone calls out after me,

I walk over to my car and drive back to the hotel,

How are the others going to get home? Half of them are wasted. Maybe I should wait until some of them want to go. Don't be stupid Zoe just go, they'll find a way home.

After much debate in my mind, I decide to wait for a few of them that are totally wrecked.

I walk back in and Kristen spots me,

"Couldn't resist?"

"No, I coulnd't bare to see half of you wrapped around a pole because you tried to drive," I say and she wraps her arm around my shoulders,

"GUYS! Zoe's back,"

A bunch of greetings and snide comments about me missing them all come at me from all directions.

"Don't be stupid guys, she obviously didn't wanna leave her boyfriend," Kiowa says nudging Taylor in the ribs.

Taylor and I go bright red in the face and I shy away into Kristen's shoulder. At least Taylor's tan doesn't show it that much,

"Oh guys," She says rubbing my back, "Give them a fucking break,"

I chuckle and she joins in.

"Don't embarrass her," She says and I stand up straight and look over to Taylor. He smiles at me and I smile back.

I look over to Kristen and she is flicking her eyes between Taylor and I and smiling.

She really is like a big sister to me, but not the fighting kind, the kind of sister who is more like a friend, who you can tell her anything. A best friend

"Thanks," I mouth to her and she shakes her head,

"Don't worry," she mouths back.

Taylor comes over to me which causes everyone in the bar to rise their voice cooing at us and we just shoot them glares.

"Do you want to go outside for a bit? It's pretty humid in here," He says and I nod.

"So," I start as we're walking out, but don't don't know what to say,

"What do you think about it?" He says,

"About what?"

"What they said,"

"You're going to have to be more specific,"

"What Kiowa said like 2 minutes ago," He chuckles and I realize, the boyfriend/girlfriend part.

"I don't know, what about you? I know I'm not being very helpful," I giggle, a faded rose colour rising to my cheeks

"No you're not,"

"I can see you're not going to say anything, but I'd love to," I say and he chuckles,

"What makes you say I'm- wait you would?" He asks, stepping closer to me and holding onto the sides of my arms,

"Mmm-hmm," I nod,

He presses his lips to mine and a spark shoots through me again. I lean up onto my toes and wrap my arms around his neck and his arms snake around my waist.

I put my heels back on to the ground and pull away, smiling at him,

"I'll take that as a yes both ways?" I smile,

"Yep,"

"Come on, or they'll notice if we're gone for too long," I say pulling on his wrist.

We creep back in so we wouldn't be noticed, but Ashley and Nikki notice anyway, but thankfully keep quiet and they just smile at us and continue talking.

After another hour, I'm so tired, I give up waiting for them,

"I'm going," I tell Taylor,

"That's what you said an hour and a half ago,"

"I know, but I'm really tired now,"

"Do you want me to drive you home?"

I shake my head, "I bought my car, can you come back with me?" I ask and he nods,

"Thanks,"

"Are you sure you don't want me to drive? I haven't had any drinks and I'm not really that tired," He says, "Let's go then,"

We say goodbye again and walk out.

Once we walk out the door, Taylor slips my hand in his. I smile and look around to see if anyone i looking. Nope, no-one.

We get halfway back to the hotel and my eyes start to droop.

"Alright, pull over," He says rubbing my arm,

"Huh? Oh sure," I say, indicating and pulling over.

"Thanks," I say as we switch,

"No problem, you looked like you were about to fall asleep,"

"I was," I yawn,

"I told you I should of driven back,"

"You are driving back," I say as he pulls out.

I rest my head onto the back of the seat and close my eyes. Thoughts of the day run through my head. I seriously have had one of the best days in a long time. It's different, being here with so many people, when I'm used to being on a farm, generally on my own or with my sister, I'm not complaining but I'm just saying it's different.

I let myself fall asleep, so the drive seems to take a minute.

"Zoe," Taylor says rubbing the side of my arm, "We're here,"

"Thank you," I mutter sleepily.

"No problem," He says, walking around and opening my door.

"5 star service," I smile stepping out,

"You could say that," He chuckles, walking me into the lobby and into the elevator.

"I'll see you tomorrow," I say kissing him on the cheek,

"Yep," He says walking back to his room.

I close the door and walk over to my bed.

I flop down onto it and pull the pillow down so I don't have to move. I fall asleep as soon as I close my eyes and it's the most needed sleep I've had in a while.
