"Favorite color?"

"Bro who has a favorite color?" "I can never choose."

"Favorite candy flavor?"

"Watermelon."

"Eh boring, I like green apple it's sour."

I smiled at her response shaking my head, our questions back and forth had been quite mild which I was thankful for yet I still couldn't help but be curious about the blue eyed girl.

All I've gathered from just looking and ease dropping is she's rich which wasn't a surprise when she quite literally was covered in silver chains, diamonds and Louis Vuitton, not to mention her Off-White suitcase and Gucci backpacks... yeah backpacks as in several, the girls luggage alone was enough to cover my brothers debt and more not including the piles of chains hung around her neck.

I'm not sure if I believe in fate or all that shit people say to make themselves feel better over the mediocre occurrences that happen in their life. But I felt it was odd that out of all the days this girl shows up literally out of nowhere and somehow we're both here right now in this moment. I hadn't left my bed in weeks, I hadn't seen the sun in weeks, but the day my brother decides to drag me out of bed finally after days upon days, I meet her? It has to mean something.... right?

"Whatcha thinkin about shorty?" She asked my eyebrows raising slightly not even noticing the fact that I had been staring in a blank daze at the road in front of me, i sucked in a soft breath before shaking my head chuckling awkwardly as if it was my way of answering.

"Just... you." I sighed with a laugh my cheeks heating up in embarrassment over even confessing that.. god I'd wish i could just shut up sometimes.

She sighed loudly with a slight smile her eyes glancing towards me making me anxious.

"Can't say you're the only one." She quipped my eyebrow arching with a smirk rolling my eyes "Cocky much?" I snickered an angelic laugh passing her lips that sent goosebumps along my arms "It comes with the celebrity status." She mumbled scrunching her noes at in disgust at her own words "God, i hate that word."

"So you are famous." I sneered the sound of her chains clinking together as she messed with them filled my ears, the sound is satisfying but i wonder if it was difficult to have that many on at a time. It had to be annoying at times, it would annoy me.

"I thought we went over that already." She grumped giving me a look with that same expression that brought shivers over my body, rolling my eyes I slightly smiled with a shake of my head "We didn't go over anything, you said you wouldn't tell me." "But I can't help but think about it, i want to know who you are, Billieee." I told her honestly stretching out her name teasingly as a joke.

"I don't even know your full name." "I'll start first, mine is Finley Ann Payton, boring as fuck now what's yours?" I smiled tapping my fingers against the steering wheel out of boredom, I surprised myself by my own bravery to talk to this girl. Ugh if Alex could see me he'd be so proud.

"Fine." "But don't laugh." She sighed my eyebrows raising in curiosity of her full name grinning from ear to ear that I had gotten this far "Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell." She huffed running her fingers over her face out of habit like she had the many times before a slight smile dancing on her lips as if she was embarrassed "I'm not used to saying my full name.." "People just kind of already know." She mumbled my smile growing wider as her cheeks flushed, only showing at the slight catch of light shining across her face when passing buildings.

"I like it." I told her my eyes meeting hers for a quick second when i glanced towards her causing my stomach to flip nervously, I don't think I've meet a girl quite as naturally beautiful as she is.

I knew I was going to annoy her if I continued to ask questions regarding her 'fame' for all I knew she could be completely bullshitting me, but I had a feeling she wasn't just by the way she really didn't want to tell me.. but why exactly? It wouldn't make me see her any different.

"I like your name too, its cute and girly and shit." She complimented bringing a blush to my cheeks biting down my inside of my cheek.

The road sign for Austin was coming up and I couldn't help be sad, we had maybe a little less than an hour to arrive at the stadium. She has to sing right? I wonder what her voice sounds like. Is it soft and angelic like her voice? I wish I knew.

"What kind of music do you sing?" I asked the question coming out random and completely blabbered out of my mouth before I could shut myself up, I bite down on my lip in annoyance of my stupidity earning a loud sigh from Billie followed by her chains that never seemed to stop clinking together.

"You really ain't gonna leave me alone about this are you?" She chuckled I could feel my ears heating up over how embarrassed I was my eyes quickly shifting to the road when she turned her head to look at me.

"It's okay mamas, no need to be embarrassed." She smiled only making the blush on my cheeks go from rosy to crimson in seconds, her nose scrunched slightly when she smiled laughing softly at my red face "Okay, fine I'll tell you."
