"I-I don't know.." "I don'...
"I'm in love with you and it's too early for me to fucking love you but I do and I can't help it.."
I couldn't stop thinking about those words they replayed in my head and I was completely silent in her arms I couldn't speak.
"I-I.." "I-I love you t-too" I squeaked my face growing hot out of embarrassment I earned a soft laugh in my ear Billies arms squeezing around me tightly before planting a sloppy kiss to my cheek "You're too damn cute Finnie." She giggled as I smiled a blush on my face that wouldn't go away.
We sat in silence for a second I soaked in every fuzzy feeling I felt holding her.
"I know you said you don't want to do anything right now, but I want to take you somewhere tonight." She told me her piercing blue eyes meeting mine it amazes me how insanely beautiful she is, every glance she took at me my breath was taken away sending a bundle of butterflies to the pit of my stomach.
"Where?" I asked watching her perfectly plump lips curl into an smile "A date?" She a breathed her tone coming out as a question, I immediately blushed biting down on my lip "I thought Disney land was a date?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows slightly she laughed nodding softly in response "Kinda but not completely, I want to take you on a date one with fancy dinners and looking at stars and shit, ya know like romantic or whatever." She explained her explanation making me laugh.
"Will you go on a date with me Finnie?" She asked with hopeful eyes ones that made my heart melt into goo "Y-Yeah I want to.. I just.. I'll probably embarrass myself trying to be fancy." I blushed her smile growing bigger "Me too it's okay, we can go get you a dress a pretty dress I know you'll look beautiful." She told me, I wished I didn't blush every second she complimented me.
"You don't have to do that.. I can wear something I brought really-"
"Shh shut up, I'm getting you a dress you're gonna look bomb as fuck." She told me her finger raised to my lips, I nearly went cross eyed trying to look down at her finger rested at my pouted lips.
I softly laughed before being shut up by her dive for my lips a soft exhaled breath of surprise leaving my mouth before I kissed her back her hand now behind my head keeping a firm grip to kiss me slowly.
Her sudden kiss had my heart rate increasing times a million as my stomach churned in delight. We broke away for a breath my eyes fluttering open I watched her smile her lips a swollen red "I love you." She whispered the words taking my breath away despite her saying them less than ten minutes ago.
I searched her eyes trying to catch a breath listening to her short pants and the wind chiming the leaves together by the surrounding trees "I love you too." I breathed sounding a million times more sure than I did a few moments ago.
Her strong gaze lasted only a few seconds before both of her hands cupped my cheeks her lips meeting mine in another kiss one stronger than before I could barley take a breath in between before she captivated me closer her hand traveling from my cheek to my neck, a light squeeze created a rush of tingles through my body.
The kiss was fervent and hot, too heated to be sitting outside where anyone could see but it didn't seem to cross Billies mind or faze her in the least bit.
I pulled away a second before she could continue on with the kiss opening my eyes to see her flushed cheeks, the red like hue all the way to the tip of her nose accentuating her freckles adorably.
"We should find that dress." I told her watching her eyes light up "Right." She nodded reaching to grab her phone from her pocket the screen coming to life displaying missed calls and missed texted but she didn't seem to care about them.
"Here lets look." She breathed scooting a bit closer so I could see her phone screen also, I peered over her shoulder as she scrolled through different dresses "I think purple would look pretty on you." She told me, I blushed looking over the different options there were so many different styles I could barley process them.
She showed me a purple dress it was pretty but very revealing, "I-It's really sparkly." I stuttered watching her scroll some more she chuckled under her breath looking over others I sucked in a breath when one caught my eye watching her scroll straight past it "wait go back." I told her she arched a brow scrolling her finger up displaying the dress that caught my eye.
I pointed to the one on the screen watching her eyes narrow at the picture "That one?" "That's the one you like?" She asked almost confused I gave her a slight smile nodding my head quickly "Mhm." I answered her smile slightly growing bigger searching over my face with her eyes feeling a familiar gaze on my lips.
"I didn't think you'd even give a dress like that a chance." She mumbled leaning into me slowly I smiled rolling my eyes playfully "Maybe I'm trying to be spontaneous, aren't you the one that wants me to step out of the box." I teased my nose brushing past hers letting my eyes close shut, I heard a chuckle pass her lips lifting her shoulders in a shrug "Then that's the one, I'll have someone pick it up for you." She told me before tapping through her phone to find a contact I smiled with a nod watching her stand before placing the phone to her ear.
My eyes wondered to the scenery around me her small family house was cozy I adored how comfortable I felt staying here especially after already thinking her house would be some huge grand mansion with maids and random assistants everywhere but it was just the opposite and I loved it that way.
I closed my eyes at the soft breeze the hanging bench swaying back and forth as I kicked my feet letting myself snuggle up into the soft cushions, it wasn't long until Billie came back and sat down beside me muttering softly about someone bringing the dress before snuggling up next me comfortably, I smiled nuzzling my head into her shoulder her soft familiar scent brining comfort to me as we relaxed side by side.
