The air was thick, nearly suffocating the whole ride home and now I was even more nervous to follow in behind her into her front door.

We were immediately met with Maggie standing beside two men both I assumed were security guards and a police officer my eyes widened at how serious they seemed to be over this.

Billie immediately went to storm past all of them but was quickly stopped "Billie if you walk past me without saying a fucking word there's going to be a problem." Her mother snapped Billie came to a holt her eyebrow twitching slightly, it scared me how angry she looked her face was starting to turn beat red as did the tip of her nose, I'd say she looked cute but now really wasn't the time.

"What?" She barked her voice slipping out like venom, it shocked me how she talked to her mother "You left!!" "No security, no warning!!!" "Do you not understand what the hell could of happened to you?!!" Maggie yelled my eyes snapping towards her brother that entered the room his worried eyes looking over his sisters face like he knew everything was about to blow up in our faces.

"I went to the ranch mom!!" "I didn't need security I had Finley we were fine nothing happened!!!" She defended her chest rising and falling rapidly almost like mine did when I was panicking but hers was out of rage.

"I don't care where you went Billie, if you leave you have to have security end of story I don't want to hear it, anything could of happened anything." Maggie sighed her voice calmer but just was terrifying.

My heart sunk as Billies face grew an even brighter beat red her eyes were glossing over and I knew she was trying everything not to cry.

"Maybe I just want to go somewhere without having a stranger following behind me a foot away, maybe I want to actually hang out with a friend alone!!!" "I'm so fucking sick and tired of this shit man, I'm done!!" "I don't want to do it anymore!!!" She screamed her voice carrying throughout the whole house I sucked in a breath watching Maggie's face fall as Billie stormed off her bedroom door slamming so loud and violently that it shook the whole house and knocked a picture off the wall.

I flinched at the sound looking around the room at everyone's face is shock meeting eyes Maggie that stood with her arms crossed.

"As for you." She muttered taking a step closer towards me, my breathing hitched in a panic feeling my stomach turn "Mom don't, Finley didn't do anything." Finneas spoke my eyebrows raising slightly in surprise that he defended me.

"She should know not to let Billie do that, she could've stopped her." Maggie sighed as I shook my head my anxiety raising through the roof "I-I didn't know.. I thought she could I-" I tired explained but my words could barley pass my lips without nearly having a panic attack.

Maggie sighed shaking her head turning back to talk to the men that stood and watched while I just stood awkwardly not really sure what to do, so I decided walked back to Billies room knocking softly before opening the door, she laid on her bed her back turned towards me with the covers over her shoulders, it remind me of how I cooped with things back home.

"Hey." I whispered sitting down beside her on the empty space, she only curled up more hiding her face from me giving me a sinking feeling that she was crying.

"Billie." I sighed running a hand down her back softly, she tensed slightly I frowned at the way she just wanted to turn me away.

"Come on, bil look at me." I breathed grabbing her shoulders to turn her over but she wouldn't budge, I smiled trying to make her laugh by climbing over her and laying on the other side my face inches away from hers that was covered by the blanket.

I frowned my eyebrow furrowing in worry "Come on, I want to talk to you Billie." I whispered reaching to grab ahold of the blanket she only shook her head a soft whimper leaving her lips "I don't want to talk." She mumbled her voice soft and raspy.

I sighed scooting closer letting my arms wrap around her comfortingly bringing her closer, I smiled when she finally peaked her head out of the blanket her face red and blotched with tears she let out a breath letting her eyes fall closed before leaning into me her head nuzzling into my neck while bringing the blankets to wrap over me also "I just want to sleep right now, okay." She breathed against my skin she sounded exhausted and her voice soft was still shaky.

I nodded keeping her close my hand resting at the back of her head massaging my fingers through her hair, I caught a shaky breath pass her lips feeling hot tears transfer from her flushed cheeks to my neck.

"Are you sure you're okay?" I breathed genuinely worried, I just wanted her to be happy.

"Just let me cry and hold you okay Finley." She whispered her voice cracking mid sentence, I frowned pulling her even closer letting her legs tangle with mine under the blanket.

That was one thing about Billie I didn't expect she always had this front of being so intimating even when she didn't mean to but when it came to sleeping or cuddling or just affection she was always so soft like she was the one that needed the comfort the most, it was adorable I loved that about her but it was just something I didn't expect from her.

I let myself relax into her my eyes growing heavier and by the way Billies lips were parted against my neck and the soft breaths that didn't come out as whimpers anymore just little pants I knew that she was asleep, I pressed a soft kiss to her forehead letting myself slowly doze off.
