"MOMMY WAKE UP!" anson screeched, jumping up and down on his mom's bed to wake him up like he did every morning. only now, there were two jumping monkeys.

"annie, jae, five more minutes," junmyeon whined, digging into his blankets some more.

"you said that five minutes ago, ma," jaemin giggled. junmyeon sighed as the two continued to jump on him, around him, anything on the bed being free real estate.

"alright, alright, i'm up. is grandma still here?" junmyeon asked, groaning as he got up from his bed.

"no, she left an hour ago," anson said, "can we eat pie now?"

"for breakfast?" junmyeon rose an eyebrow.

"yeah!" anson nodded, hopping off the bed. jaemin slowly jumped to the edge of the bed, anson taking his hand and helping him down.

"i'll get it from the fridge, mommy!" anson said, running to the kitchen and pulling jaemin behind him.

"kids these days," junmyeon sighed, "always waking me up. just wait until they're teenagers, i'll get them back."

junmyeon stretched, grabbing a beanie and putting it on since he didn't have enough energy to comb through it. he threw on his glasses, whining about missing sleep as he trudged to the bathroom to brush his teeth and wash his face.

by the time he got to the kitchen, sehun and the kids were all sharing the pie, using their forks to eat it straight out of the baking pan.

"yah, did you warm it up at least?" junmyeon grumbled, grabbing a fork from the drawer before going to them. sehun scooted over to make room at their little circle for them.

"yeah, i put it in the oven for a little," sehun nodded. junmyeon nodded, pulling out his cell phone like the rest of them. twenty or so minutes later, they had finally finished the pie.

"thanks, momma," anson said, hopping down from his chair, "come on, jae, we can go build legos now if you want."

"yay!" jaemin exclaimed, anson helping him down from his chair, "let's build a tower!"

"alright," anson nodded, grabbing a hold of jaemin's face, sehun and junmyeon watched wide-eyed to see what he would do. jaemin's face immediately went pink.

"y-yah, what're you doing?" jaemin asked.

"holding your face," anson said casually, "why? do you object to it?"

"annie, stop b-being a w-weirdo," jaemin said, moving his face out of anson's hands and then running to his room. anson stood there for a second, then looking to junmyeon and sehun. the two were staring at him with knowing glances.

"what?" anson asked, ears going pink. just like his dad.

"nothing, annie. nothing at all," junmyeon said, putting the empty pie container into the sink.

"he won't be able to reach the lego bucket," anson suddenly frowned, then running after his friend, "jae, wait! i'll help you!"

"oh my god i love them," sehun breathed out, touching his heart, "they're the cutest tiny human things ever."

"i know," junmyeon grinned, "what would i be without them, huh?"

"asleep," sehun sighed, checking his watch. five in the morning. junmyeon laughed.

"you can go back to bed, i'll watch them," junmyeon said. sehun nodded, thanking the elder before going to his room across the house. junmyeon sighed, staring at the dishes in the sink. there was little he hated more than having to clean.
