"so, remi, was it?" yixing asked, sitting down at a private table with anson, jaemin, and remi. remi smiled, nodding.

"it's nice to meet you, mr. zhang, i'm a big fan," remi said, offering a handshake. yixing accepted it, watching amusedly as jaemin frowned, scooting closer to anson. anson didn't notice, too busy sipping from his coke.

"had i known you would be sitting with us, i'd have packed you a lunch," yixing told the pleasant little girl apologetically.

"oh, it's okay! my mom packs me lunch," remi said, pulling out a lunch box. it was spider-man themed.

"spider-man fan?" yixing asked her. she nodded, smiling brightly.

"yeah! they're my favorite movies," remi smiled.

"what about you, annie? do you like spider-man?" yixing asked his son. anson seemed to finally realize that jaemin was being clingy, leaning into his side. anson was concerned that something was wrong, but didn't want to embarrass jaemin so kept quiet.

"yeah, dad, i like spider-man," anson nodded, watching jaemin's frown deepen. anson seemed to finally get it, holding in a smile at jaemin's cute behavior.

"but i like batman the best," anson said, watching jaemin then smile, "you know, dad, jaeminnie is a big batman fan."

"really? i can do the voice. i'm batman," yixing said, doing a perfect impression of batman. jaemin grinned.

"woah, that was so cool!" jaemin said happily. remi asked anson for one of his mini powdered donuts. anson nodded, kindly giving her one. in return, remi have him a strawberry. anson took a bite out of it, then noticing jaemin's jealous face. yixing thought this whole thing was very funny, but he kept quiet.

anson brought the rest of his strawberry to jaemin's lips, jaemin blushing before taking a small bite. remi frowned to herself, shoving the rest of her donut into her mouth. anson finished the strawberry, jaemin blushing a bit more.

"so, dad, do you have a girlfriend?" anson asked yixing, acting as though he didn't just indirectly kiss his best friend.

"what? no, of course not," yixing frowned, "i don't that love is for me."

"a shame. you know, you were voted number one for korea's most eligible bachelor," anson said.

"and china," jaemin and remi said in unison, both kids sending a glare to each other but then smiling when anson looked at them. anson shrugged. jaemin pushed his dr. pepper to anson. anson opened it, pushing it back. he then noticed remi struggling to open her water bottle.

"do you need some help?" anson asked. remi nodded, thankfully pushing it to her.

"you know, jaemin, those aren't really good for you," remi said as anson easily unscrewed the water bottle cap.

"you know, those water bottles are a complete waste of plastic? they're single use. you could use a metal bottle and reuse it many times," jaemin replied.

"i recycle. do you recycle?" remi asked. yixing did his best not to laugh at the two five year olds trying to one up each other.

"i like soda too," anson nodded, opening his own can. jaemin gave a look to remi, smug and clearly saying that he won.

"you know, annie," remi said, jaemin glaring at her, "a couple of girls here like you."

"oh?" anson asked, "who, then?"

"i'm not supposed to tell, silly," remi giggled, eating another strawberry.

"then why mention it?" jaemin asked sharply. anson nodded, silently agreeing with jaemin and tapping his wrist as if telling him to cool it. yixing smiled to himself, stealing one of anson's powdered donuts. jaemin replaced it before anson noticed. yixing and jaemin winked at each other, secretly fist bumping under the table.
