"Let's go find Gavin and go kill this Basilisk," Kendra said grabbing Brackens hand and pulling him the best she could out of the door. They ran down to where Gavin was staying, Kendra knocked. The door slowly opened and Gavin appeared to be wearing a jean jacket and black jeans. "Now? But it's so early!" Gavin complained, coming out of the door.
"Your Majesty" Kendra began, "We have found a way to kill the basilisk and how to cure my family. Could you please help us get back to Fablehaven." Sorry that this chapter is short. This doesn't really happen in the books, but I have always wanted to try writing with Kendra being Fairy Kind and her having some sort of magical properties. So we will see how this goes, in the next chapter! Updating soon...
