Ethan's P.O.V.
Lately I been able to keep Kevin and Noah off my back since Kayla and I are more than happily together.
They have tried to talk to me and corner me from time to time but Kayla always comes around to save me.
If only I could forever saver her from the truth, maybe then I wouldn't feel such horrible feeling when I spot Kevin and Noah.
"Earth to Ethan," Kayla chuckles bringing me out of my thoughts.
"I was paying attention." I smiled and rested my arms on top of the patio table.
"Lets go get food. I'm hungry." she whines and flutters her eyelashes at me.
Beautiful is the only word that comes to mind when she acts in such a light hearted way.
I'm sorry
"Half and half?" I asked while getting up.
"No!"she pestered once she rose from her spot. "I told you I have to pay this time since you payed last time."
"You payed last time. My turn."I lied and extended my hand for her to hold.
Kayla shaked her head in denial and allowed her fingers to intertwine with mine as we walked over to the parking lot.
"You're such a liar Ethan. I'm paying this time whether you like it or not."
Stubborn isn't she.
"Fine. Next time I'll pay then." I pretended to be annoyed.
"It's a system babe" she kissed my cheek before I opened the car door for her.
"Of course it is." I said while she stepped inside.
Once she was safely inside, I closed the door and ran over to my side in order to drive to a small restaurant nearby.
Kayla's P.O.V.
"Here." I handed Ethan a bit of cash to pay for our food.
"I'll be back." he kisses me before stepping out of the car and into the small restaurant.
I decided to stay inside the car today since we were going to take the food to go and I was low key feeling a little lazy.
As I waited for Ethan to get our food, I decided to scroll through my social medias and answer a couple messages too.
Rose: Call me when you get this so we can set up an appointment for you and Roni's final bridesmaid fittings <3
I been so busy I almost forgot about the wedding.
Well not completely but I forgot to mention it to Ethan.
As a matter a fact, where is Ethan and my food.
I swear he takes so long.
Ethan's P.O.V.
Once I ordered our food, I waited near the cash register just in case my order is ready soon.
"Would you look at that,"
Kevin
"Fuck off Kevin," I rolled my eyes.
"Kevin let it go."Ashton tried convincing Kevin to leave it alone.
Ashton after the party sided with Kevin mostly because he was afraid of me. I don't blame him to be honest but the mistake was my fault and mine only.
"I saw Kayla waiting outside." he grinned. "Maybe i should go inform her about the things her little boyfriend does when she isn't around.."
He really wants to get beaten up.
"You're jealous she left you for me big deal Kevin." I cockily responded.
"Order for Ethan"they called.
I walked over to pick up my food while glancing every other second to where Kevin and Ashton stood.
"She will find out the truth soon enough Ethan." Ashton mumbled.
"I won't allow it. We are doing just fine and I don't want to ruin that." I defended.
"Should of thought of that before-"
"What's taking you so long..." Kayla speaks as she walks into the restaurant
Her eyes dart toward Kevin and Ashton and back over to me with a bit of a frown.
"Oh," she sighs.
"They were just leaving." I glare at them in spite.
"Think about it." Kevin darkly chuckled causing Kayla to look A bit confused.
"He's stupid lets just go yeah?" I tried my best to force a smile.
"Yeah," she whispered and walked alongside me.
That was a safe one.
