Kayla's P.O.V.
"Rose is going to meet us there," I reassured Roni as I continued to drive towards the dress shop.
"I still can't believe her wedding is this weekend, only a couple days away." she nervously laughed. "Imagine getting married,"
"Roni we are still young," I chuckled at her enthusiasm.
"I know that but- did you already ask Ethan about the wedding?" Roni abruptly questions me.
"Yeah." I simply answered stiffling a laugh.
"Bitch you didn't tell me." she whines.
"Oops I guess I forgot,"I tease knowing it would piss her off.
"Fuck you," is all she said before looking out the window for a couple of minutes.
"Overdramatic." I laugh.
"I'm hurt." she laughs.
"I was going to tell you today Ron."
"I know," she rolls her eyes."Why are we so dramatic sometimes?"
"Why do our conversations always end up being this complicated?" I laughed.
"I have no idea," she responds.

"I think they look beautiful girls," Rose gushed as she saw both of us in our bridesmaid dresses.
"I'm glad you like them," I smiled back at her.
Roni looked over at her and kindly smiled too.
"I guess I will let you two change and head home cousin." Rose walked over to us and gave both of us a hug.
"You'll text us the times then?" I asksd before she left.
"Yeah I will." she answered before waving goodbye.
"I love this dress," Roni gushed in front of the mirror.
"I noticed." I softly chuckled.
When Rose was here, she didn't bother mentioning how much she loved the dress but now that she's gone. She will not stop talking about it.
I stopped listening to her a while back as I admired the dusty pink dress through the mirror.
It was true that Rose had impeccable taste when it came to these dresses.
I knew for sure Ethan would agree with me on that.
Now that i think about it, I honestly can't wait for him to see me in this dress.
I don't think I have ever worn a dress like this in front of him before so i know he will be amazed. Or at least i hope he will.
"Earth to Kayla," Roni tapped my shoulder.
I blink a couple times before coming back out of my daze looking at her through the mirror.
"What's up?" I sigh.
"We have to go."
"Right." I huff before looking at myself in the mirror one last time.
I guess we will have to wait till this weekend.

Sorry this chapter was uneventful and sorry it took so long.
I think things will start to get more interesting in the next couple of chapters.
