Wedding part 2.
Kayla's P.O.V.
After taking more than one thousand pictures with the bride and groom, we were finally off the hook.
Most of the guest were already found inside the grand salon in the hotel which made it a bit hard to find seats. Luckily Rose reserved a few tables near the front for the family and of course a table for Ethan, Roni, Noah,and i.
It was a perfect spot near the dance floor as well the small garden area the hotel had.
It was amazing.
My cousin was finally married to her soulmate basically and Ethan and i were here together. There were moments like the whole party incident that made me doubt how well we worked together but here we are.
"Did i mention how beautiful you look today?" Ethan whispered into my ear causing a small chuckle to leave my lips.
"I don't think so,"I teased as placed my lips on top of his giving them a small peck.
"You look absolutely gorgeous baby," he smiled and wrapped one of his arms around my shoulders.
I scooted a bit closer to his body and rested my head on his shoulder.
We stayed like this for a moment before we rose from our spots as my cousin and her husband were introduced into the room.
Many claps and cheers were heard and soon enough every one was served with an appetizer and later an entrèe.
"This is actually good," Ethan smiled once he took a bite out of his food.
"Oh really," I teased as I watched his face expression immediately change every time he took the smallest bite kf food.
Not long after eating, the bride and groom dance was announced. Every ones eyes remained on the happy couple while Ethan's remained fixed on me.
From the corner of my eye I would see him glacing over. I tried to keep a straight face most of the time but it was clear that I was pleased with the attention I was receiving.
"Let's go dance shall we?"Ethan asked before standing up from his seat.
Rose and Matthews dance was long over and a other slow song began to play causing my cheeks to cluster in excitement.
"We shall," I kindly smiled back before following him out into the dance floor.
As soon as we reached the dance floor, Ethan placed both of his hands near my waist while I wrapped mine around his neck keeping our bodies somewhat close to each other as we danced.
Ethan's P.O.V.
It was in this moment that I realized once again how badly everything could end.
I already saw her tears streaming down her face once she found everything.
I already imagine it in head.I see that smile on her face right now and i-
"You're phones ringing" she points out near the end of the song.
"I was so distracted by you I didn't notice," I force a smile. "I'll be right back," I spoke quickly before exiting through the garden doors.
I pulled my phone out of my pocket and saw his name written in white letters.
Incoming call Kevin
Kayla's P.O.V
I stared from my seat as Ethan paced back and forward outside in the small garden,frustrated mostly.
He had spent a couple minutes over the phone causing me to worry soMr thing was wrong.
"Should I go check on him?" I turned to look at Noah and Roni.
"Maybe you should wait a couple minutes,"Roni suggested as she noticed Ethans state. "He needs to cool down."
"Yes I agree Kayla" Noah mumbled nothing Ethan leaned again a chair outside.
I sighed and waited a couple minutes before passing through the dance floor until I reached the oh sure where Ethan stood.
It was pitch black outside, the only thing illuminating the garden was a few lights and the light of the starts up high.
"Is everything okay?" I whispered trying my best not to upset any more.
Ethan sighed and turned to look over at me.
Sending weird chills down my spine.
Third Point of View
Ethan's eyes looked into Kayla's eyes to only see a hint of panic within them.
Of course Ethan knew Kayla was worried about his state but he couldn't admit what the conversation had consisted of between him and Kevin. So he lied again to protect himself and his burden.
"Some family problems" He sighed. "Grayson and i had this thing going on between us and its just too much to handle right now" he admitted hoping his cover up story was enough to calm Kayla down.
Kayla stopped panicking and sighed in relief seeing the problem wasn't too severe.
"I'm sure things between you two will go back to normal soon. You are twins" Kayla lightly laughed as she took a few steps closer to Ethan.
Ethan forced a smile again and placed his hand on top of hers.
"What would I do without you in my life?" he sincerely asked but Kayla simply took it a little less serious.
"You'll probably die of sadness" she teased.
Meanwhile Noah and Roni watched both Ethan and Kayla interact through the windows causing Noah to feel in uneasy about the situation.
"I don't trust him,"He cryptically stated.
"Why?" Roni asked hoping to get a real answer out of him.
"I don't know there's just something up," he mumbled. "It's just a feeling. A gut feeling."
Yet it wasn't simply a gut feeling.
Noah knew everything and soon.
Very soon every one would too.
