Kayla's P.O.V
"So during the free period today, I'm taking Lucy shopping!" I say happily as Ethan takes a sip of his water.
"That's the girl you met at the dress store? The one that's pregnant?" He asks turning over at me.
"That's the one." I smiled. "Ugh, I can't wait to buy some baby clothes. It's all so cute and ugh I love being a godmother. "
"You have been godmother for an unborn child for less than a week, kay." He chuckles.
"You're just jealous that you have never been a godfather to any baby." I teased.
"Yeah, sure jealous. " he rolls his eyes.
I laughed at his response and smiled.
He's definitely jealous

The day had gone relatively quickly as we were now heading into our next period which luckily was a free period for me and was the last one for the day.
"Kayla, can you please take these beakers to Ms. Rodgers?" Ms. Salazar asked as I went out of the class.
"I will. I just need to do something real quick is that okay?" I asked while I packed my notebook into my backpack.
"Take your time." She smiles before going through her clutter desk.
I walk out of theclassroom and quickly head over to my locker to set a few books inside of it.
As I put my stuff away my phone begins to vibrate meaning someone had sent a message.
It was probably Lucy.
-Lucy: I'm almost there what entrance do I go through?
And I was right.
-Kayla: If you get dropped off near the student parking lot near the back, just come in through the door and head towards the lockers I'll be there in a second
-Lucy: okay see you in a bit
I place my phone in my back pocket and organize my books before closing my locker.
"Fancy seeing you here," I hear Ethan say.
"Excuse me," I chuckle turning around to see him smirking at me.
"I thought you were leaving," he chuckled before takings a step closer wrapping his hands around my waist. I wrap my hands around his neck and pull him slightly closer to give him a peck.
"Well the thing is I'm waiting for Lucy and I have to go give Ms. Rodgers some beakers Ms.Salazar borrowed."
"Such a good samaritan. Helping those in need." Ethan teases.
