There are things in life that are hard to get, hard to believe, and hard to achieve. Clearly because you can't get anything you want in just a blink of an eye. You must work hard for it. Wait for it. Learn from it.

Lucky those who can get anything in just a snap of their fingers because they have the privilege to do so. But is that what really matters? Getting material things? Or is it more to that?

Coz I am one of those people who can get anything. I am not bragging. I know that our lifestyle is far more different than others. Dahil sa paglipas ng panahon, mas lumago ang company namin, at mas binigay sa akin nila Daddy ang lahat.

Pero... may isang bagay na kahit anong hiling ko, hindi maging akin.

Si Riordan.

When I was a child, it was the only thing I wanted. His attention. I wished that whatever I'm feeling for him would be reciprocated. However, years have passed by, but I still didn't get it.

Or... maybe... like what I said, you just need to wait.

Coz I'm now seeing the light. Those years of waiting are now paying off!

Gusto niya na rin ako!

"Congrats, dude!"

Puro iyon ang naririnig ko pagkatapos ng game. Nagkagulo na ang mga tao. Maraming lumalapit kila Riordan para bumati, magpa-picture, at magpakilala. I didn't stand up, though. I just stayed at my seat as I watched the crowd.

I'm wearing his varsity jacket. Kung kanina, marami na ang tumitingin sa akin. Mas marami ngayon na suot ko ito!

With his surname, for sure I'll get attention. Which, by the way, I don't want.

But that's not possible. Riordan's a bit popular. Especially among girls. My age, his age, or even younger or older. Kahit sinong babae, ano man ang edad, namamangha sa kaniya. I don't blame them, though. I completely understand that he's so handsome you can't even resist him.

Been there. Done that.

"Let's go, Hash. Lapit na tayo sa kanila." Ani Curl sa akin.

Nakatayo na sila ni Speed at ready nang lumapit papunta kila Riordan. Tumango ako, sinesenyasan silang mauna na.

Balak ko kasi sanang mamaya na lang lumapit kapag hindi na masyadong maraming tao. Atleast sa ganoon, mas kaunting attention ang makukuha ko. Hindi ngayon na dinudumog sila doon. Plus, I don't want to get sweaty.

However, Curl would not really let me stay here in peace!

Hinatak niya ako patayo. Nagpumiglas pa ako pero tinitigan niya si Speed at sinenyasan na hilahin din ako. At walanghiyang Speed naman, sumunod!

Hawak nila pareho iyong braso ko at tinutulak ako papalapit. Mukha kaming tanga roon tatlo na naghihilahan!

"Curl! Ano ba! Speed! Isa!" Banta ko sakanila.

Nginisian lang nila ako at mas lalong hinila. I even rolled my eyes to show them that I'm irritated. Nagmatigas ako at hindi inangat iang paa.

Marahang tinulak ni Curl and likod ng tuhod ko kaya wala akong nagawa kundi humakbang! Tinitigan ko siya ng masama. She just winked at me and showed her peace sign! This girl, really!

So, in the end, wala akong nagawa kundi sumama palapit sa mga friends namin. People are already looking at us. I just shrugged it all off.

We're already halfway through them when I suddenly stopped. 

"Alright! Bitawan niyo na ako. Maglalakad akong mag-isa. Okay?" Inis kong sabi.

Speed smirked and immediately let go of me. Si Curl ay tinitigan pa ako ng mabuti bago unti-unting pinakawalan, parang hindi kumbinsido at naniniwala sa akin.
