The cool serenity of
Seafoam
Kissing heels,
She leaves herself to
The spray
Whipping her hair in
Tangled halos
Around her eyes
The tranquil smile
playing on her lips
Envelops her
This girl-not-girl, she is born of
The silky seaweed caressing
her ankles,
A curious and unafraid tongue
tasting the hints of salt in the air
This girl-not-girl
Is lost and
Found
Here, as the waves carry her
Home
