Never Be Enough

The Before Party

I make it to the diner on time and see my old boss still here. She runs up and gives me a hug, we chat for a bit and then I go sit across from Jenna.

Nick is at another booth with Sean, and Jessica, Brittany, and Matthew walk in. Matthew goes to sit by the boys while the rest sit with Jenna and I.

"Jenna why is Jessica here?"

"Since Nick is Sean's best man Jessica should be apart of the bridal party. It's only fair."

"Um okay then."

We all order and Jenna starts talking about why we are split up.

"So girls, I am asking you all to be my bridesmaids. The wedding is in two days and we are going to be here planning the bachelorette party and finding me a dress. I know it isn't much time but it will force us to spend as much time together as possible."

Great, spending quality time with Jessica.

Jessica opens her mouth and asks.

"Dear Jenna, who will be your maid of honor?"

Of course she asks that question.

"That's easy, Bella. Will you be my maid of honor. I know you just got back but I want you with me."

"I would love to."

Oh the looks Jessica are giving me right now could make a baby cry.

The dresses we find are maroon for the bridesmaids and we find matching ties for the groomsmen. Jenna's dress is stunning, it almost brings me to tears. My best friend is going to marry my brother, the love of her life.

I noticed Jessica has a strange tattoo, similar to my father's. As soon as she sees me looking she immediately covers it up, that's weird. She's normally known to flaunt anything new or anything at all for that matter.

We plan a simple bachelorette party that consists of going to a spa and going out to a fancy Italian place, then going back to the house and having a sleepover.

After a long day of shopping, planning and arguing over colors of dresses I finally am able to go back to the apartment. I walk in and there's a note for me on the counter.

Didn't know what time you would be home. I went out. There's Chinese in the fridge.

***Bachelorette Party***

"I still can't believe it, my best friend is getting married tomorrow. I remember when we were little we would plan each others weddings, but I didn't think that in a blink of an eye, here we are planning your wedding. I love you to the moon and back Jenna."

"Aw, Bella I love you too."

We are sitting at a table with fresh mani-pedis in nice dresses reliving old times. Well, Brittany, Jenna and I are, Jessica is just sitting there smiling and laughing.

We all head back to my old house, which is now currently Jenna, Sean, Nick and Jessica's house. We watch a movie and pass out around 11:00.

Hey don't judge, there's a wedding that we need to be ready for tomorrow.
