*Ka’ida ta Sha Tara:*
*Ba ya Halalta a Kankame ma Maganar Wani Don Tana Tasa Sai Manzon Allah*.

Kamar yadda ya gabata, babu wanda yake ma’asumi ta yadda gaba dayan maganarsa da koyarwarsa, da ra’ayoyinsa da fahimtarsa ba su gamuwa da kuskure sai Manzon Allah _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_. aya ta 59 a Suratun Nisa’i wadda muka kawo a baya ta isa hujja a kan haka. Bisa ga haka, komai matsayin mutum da martabarsa a addini akan bukaci a auna hukuncinsa da na Manzon Allah _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_. Kuma ba ya halalta a kankame ma maganarsa don kawai shi ya fade ta har sai in ta dace da ta Manzon Allah _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_. Amma shi kam Manzon Allah _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_ ana kankame ma kowace magana tasa matukar ta tabbata daga wurinsa domin kuskure ba ya faruwa a cikin magana ko hukuncinsa.
Imam Malik bn Anas _rahimahullah_ yana cewa:
Kowane mutum ana karbar maganarsa ana ajiye ta, in ban da Manzon Allah _sallallahu alaihi wasallam_[i]
Sarkin malamai Al-Izz bn Abdissalam _rahimahullah_ yana cewa:
“Yana daga cikin ababen mamaki, ka ga wasu mabiya masu taqalidi za su ci karo da raunin mazhabar limamin da suke bin sa, ta yadda babu wata hanyar da za a iya boye wannan raunin, amma tare da haka su ci gaba da biyar sa, su bar zancen wanda Kur’ani da Sunnah da kiyasi na ilimi da hankali suke tare da zancensa, kawai don tsabar kangara da son kada su saba ma limaminsu. Kai, suna ma iya kokarin ture abinda ya bayyana daga Alkur’ani da Sunnah ta hanyar tawili mai nisan gaske don kawai su yi kariya ga limamin. Ni ban ma taba ganin irin su sun koma ga gaskiya ba, sai dai su yi ta kame kame, suna tunkude nassoshin Shari’a. Idan hujja ta kare masu sai su rika fadin, watakila Malam yana da wata hujja wadda ba mu sani ba. Subhanallahi! Wa ya san iyakar wanda takalidi ya makantar da shi har ya fada a irin wannan tarko? Allah ya shirye mu zuwa ga bin gaskiya a duk inda take, kuma a ta hannun ko waye ta bayyana. Ya za ka kwatanta wadannan da magabata wadanda suke tuntubar juna, suna tattaunawa kafin su yanke hukunci, da yadda suke gaggawa zuwa ga bin gaskiya da zarar ta bayyana ta bakin abokin jayayya”.[ii]
Al-Amir As-San’ani _rahimahullah_ ya ce:
“Akwai bambanci tsakanin bin malami ga duk abinda ya fadi da kuma neman taimako da fahimtarsa. Shi wannan na biyun daidai yake da bin dan jagora wanda ya san hanya ga matafiyi mai son ya isa da wuri”.[iii]
Shaukani _rahimahullah_ shi kuma ya ce:
“Duk Musulmi na da, da na yanzu, tun daga Sahabbai har zuwa yau, sun hadu a kan cewa, wajibi ne idan an yi sabani a cikin wani lamarin addini a tsakanin shugabanni masu ijtihadi, a koma zuwa ga littafin Allah da sunnar Manzonsa kamar yadda littafin Allah ya fada: “Idan kun yi jayayya a cikin wani abu, to ku mayar da shi zuwa ga Allah da Manzo” Suratun Nisa’i: 59. Don haka, idan wani mujtahidi daga cikin malamai ya ce, wannan abu halal ne, wani kuma irinsa ya ce haram ne, babu wanda yake da fifiko a kan wani daga cikin su da za a ce ya fi kusa da gaskiya, ko da kuwa dayansu ya fi daya ilimi ko ya fi shi tsufa ko ya gabace shi ga zamani. Domin kowane daya daga cikinsu bawan Allah ne da aka dora masa bin hukuncin Allah”.[iv]

[i]  Asalin wannan magana daga Ibnu Abbas _radhiyallahu anhuma_ ta fito. Daga wurinsa ne Mujahid bn Jabr ya dauke ta, sai Hakam bn Utaiba da Imam As-Sha’abi da Imam Malik duk suka fade ta. Amma daga bisani an fi jingina ta ga Imam Malik _rahimahullah._ Duba: Al-Qira’atu Khalf Al-Imam, na Imam Albukhari, shafi na 213, da Al-Madkhal Ila As-Sunan Al-Kubra, na Imam Al-Baihaqi, (1/107) da Hilyat Al-Auliya’, na Abu Nu’aim (3/300) da Ihya’ Ulum Ad-Din, na Gazali tare da takhrijin Iraqi (1/78) da Al-Maqasid Al-Hasanah, na Sakhawi, shafi na 815, da Mukhtasar Al-Mu’ammal, na Abu Shama da tahqiqin Salah Ad-Din Maqbul Ahmad, shafi na 103.
