Deku and Uraraka made their way through the crowded restaurant to their table. They sat down, looking over the menus, talking to each other constantly.

"That villains quirk was quite impressive, right? A short range teleportation quirk would be amazing." Deku said, thinking back to one of the villains they had captured earlier that day. Uraraka laughed. "They were fast!"

Deku heard a low growl coming from the table next to him. He glanced over to see a couple, a bit older than them. He turned back to Uraraka. That was their business. He shouldn't intrude. He and Uraraka kept on talking and laughing.

"Calm down, darling. I'm sorry, I should have told you earlier. I shouldn't have sprung it on you like that." The woman in the table next to them said, taking the man's hand between hers. She looked sort of panicked . Maybe they should step in, make sure it's okay?

Deku shook his head, turning back to Uraraka. She looked concerned for the man who was slowly turning red with rage, his hands called into fists. The piece of paper in his hand caught fire but he quickly put it out, excusing himself and standing up to leave the crowded room.

Deku cleared his throat and turned to Uraraka. "Happy four year anniversary! " She said, holding a small box out to her.

Uraraka was knocked from her chair as the man kept at her. He pinned her to the floor, his hands over her throat. She tried to float him but her arms were held down. She screamed as the man's hand burned red hot.He

The woman lept at him, trying to pull him off. "Stop it! Just stop!" She yelled, pulling at his shoulders.

Deku powered up One For All and sent the man flying back. He stopped himself by creating a wall of ice. Deku stopped as he picked Uraraka up. The man wiped blood away from his left eye, showing his burn scar and his wig had fallen off, showing his red and white hair.

"Todoroki." Deku muttered, staring at the half and half man. Todoroki looked him dead in the eyes, his miss matched eyes unwavering. "Hi, Midoriya." He said. His voice seemed lower now but still so familiar. Deku realised that he had missed hearing that voice.

Deku heard a click behind him and turned to see Nine, her computer uncovered, pointing two guns at the crowd. "We leave of the innocents die. Your choice." She said, turning one of her guns into a family, all burned together. "Children go first."

Deku panicked. "You're a ribber, not a killer!" He said desparatly. She gave him an unnerving smile. "I've killed more than you could imagine. I killed Hawks. I killed Aizawa. I killed more than twenty heroes during your 'rescue'.  And let's say that killing children isn't that new to me either."

Deku froze before standing back and kneeling next to Uraraka's unconscious body. Nine smiled, pointing her gun down at the floor. "Too choice. Let's go, Shou."

The two villains left the restaurant. It looked like now was the strat. The start of the brand new League Of Villains.
