Violence, death

Manga spoilers

Sirens sailed as Todoroki came back to his senses. his eyes snapping up, turning from the flames that surrounded him to the Heroes who stood, reluctantly preparing for a fight. At the front of the group stood a familiar face, holding the other hero's back, watching Todoroki, his eyes a mix of pain and sorrow, disappointment and anger.

Aizawa's eyes glowed red, his hair rising into a black mess above his head, his eyes fixed in his ex-student as the villain walked closer, flames no longer spreading from his hand.

Todoroki laughed, walking closer. "I suppose," he said, calmly considering that he was surrounded and out numbered. The heroes stood stock still, waiting for an attack. ",that you want to know where Izuku is. Why else would you come? None of you cared about me then, so why would you know, unless your scared of me. Scared of what I could do."

Todoroki's smile widened. He watched the heroes closely, seeing which were ready and which didn't want to fight. Out of all of them, he decidede, Aizawa was the least likely to counter-attack.

He took another step forward, flames flaring from his hand before dying down again. Only 14 seconds. Aizawa was getting weaker.

"That's not true. We cared about you. Your friends, Midoriya, Iida, Uraraka, Yaoyorozu, they added about you."

Todoroki scoffed. "Maybe there are people who care more than they ever could. Than any of you ever could. Besides, you don't care anymore, you were speaking in the past tense. I'm your enemy now. All you care about is your own safety and reputation."

Todoroki was now close enough that he could see Aizawa's eyes through his goggles and here his quick breathing as the villain approached, murder in his eyes.

 "I do-"

Aizawa's voice cut off as he fell to the floor. Blood pooled around him as his eyes looked up at Todoroki, smiling as his teacher reached up, his eyes shutting behind his goggles. "You can still be a hero." He muttered, his eyes shutting.

Todoroki spoke into an ear piece, "Good shot, Tomi." He said. Nine looked down from the top of a nearby building, looking through the scope of her sniper as the heroes prepared to fight.

"You're going to be saying that a lot." She smiled, aiming her gun at Snipe.

Fire surrounded the heroes, blog coming their view of the half and half villain as more shots rang out. Snipe fell, three bullets shot into his chest. Present Mic screamed as flames engulfed him, his skin burning and blistering.

The other heroes were choking on the smoke that filled the air and trying to hide from a sniper they couldn't see. They were like fish in a barrel, unable to escape from the ring of fire that surrounded them.

A shape flew from the colour of smoke, Hawks, his wings alight with flames. He was a going of metal as another shot rang out, skimming his left wing as he spun in the air, flying to the rooftop.

He landed next to Nine. She smiled up at him. "I'm sure Dabi told you not to hurt either of us. You didn't do anything to Shou, even though you could have. I wonder what the world will think of that. The number two hero not stopping a villain on a rampage. "

Hawks stood up straight. "Nobody needs to know"

Nine smiled. "Apart from the goverment, or course." Hawks looked surprised as pain shot through his chest. Another shot rang out and another and another, Hawks' body falling from the rooftop.

Nine slipped her pistol back into her belt. "Traitor " she mumbled, turning her eyes, and sniper, back to the carnage below.
