 "What the hell, Shou?" Nine yelled. Todoroki sat in the corner of the room as she paced back and forth across the small room.

 This was bad, very bad. The others would find out and they would become afraid of Todoroki. They would be less loyal and not smiley to run in a fight of disobey orders. Not to mention Kurogiri. Without Kurogiri, they had no way to get out if things went wrong.

Basically, they were fucked.

Possibilities ran through Nine's head. She had to punish Todoroki somehow but even so, there was no way Kurogiri was going to stick around. It was too late to bring someone else in as well so they would have to do without.

Maybe they could find a way to lower the number of heroes that would be there? No. If they did that, then there would be no point in doing it in the first place. They would have to train Aneko to fight better. It would be easy to get her in. They needed anyone they could get their hands on. 

They had already told Stain what they wanted him to do me he wouldn't do anymore. It was probably too late to change it anyway and if they did change it then they would have another problem to deal with.

Best thing to do, ground Todoroki, make him help out more around the base. Apologise to Kurogiri and let him go peacefully, don't fight over it. Get Aneko in and train her more in hand to hand combat. Maybe teach her how to use a gun and give her some weapons to use. Train everyone else a bit harder as well and get more equipment for each person.

Other than that, all they could do was hope.

At the other side of town, Bakugou was finishing patroling. It was the first time in a while that he had patrolled without someone else with him. Usually it was Kirishima but the others would come with him sometimes as well.

Jirou was back at her own agency and the others were all with Kirishima so he was alone. He walked down a dark alley, checking for villains, when something attacked him.

A blade dug into his arm as pinned him to the ground. He fired an explosion at the person but they dodged. Something wet ran along their on his arm and his body froze up. He tried to attack, but his body wouldn't move at all.

Something else was stuck into his wrist. He turned his head as much as he could and was a syringe in his wrist, taking his blood. After a minute, the syringe was removed and the villains can off again, taking the sword from Bakugou's arm.

It was another minute before Bakugou could move again. He stood up and looked around for the villain. He grunted before leaving the alley and walking to the nearest hospital, to have his arm looked at.
